I always look forward to going to Clay Subaru because

I always look forward to going to Clay Subaru because their sales and service people are naturally and genuinely friendly. My last visit had me going to have my car serviced for its one year oil change and check up. They took me right away. The waiting area is very clean and bright. They have nice food amenities and seats are very comfortable. My 98 year old mother finds the experience something that she now looks forward to. They do excellent service on my car. I have had no problems with my vehicle. It is very rare today to find any business that people enjoy going to even if they have to pay for the work on their car. That has been my observation of other customers who bring their cars to be serviced at Clay Subaru!

Professional Sales and Service Team

Will Krasinski is a top notch salesman. Ronnie Catanese GM and Eddie Business Mgr. made the process successful. Their Service Team is why we purchased here initially. Now, we will return to buy when appropriate. Look forward to Subaru having flood lights available.

Staff friendly, attentive, efficient.

Staff friendly, attentive, efficient. Easy appointments. Great! The service department has always been just what I’ve needed and they bend over backwards to be accommodating. Far better than many other dealership experiences we’ve had!

My old car had to be replaced just before we were going

My old car had to be replaced just before we were going on a vacation trip. I had heard good things about the Clay Subaru dealership near us. My daughter and I were delighted to find just the car we wanted, a 2023 Subaru forester. We had a very clear, thorough introduction to all the features of the car and drove it around the lot. We decided decided on that car that afternoon.

Clay Subaru was great.

Very good! Matt, whom I had spoken to on the phone before arrival, was knowledgeable about everything I needed and wanted to know and incredible at expediting the purchasing process and follow-through!
