I leased a 2014 honda civic lx from this dealer.My salesman Saurav was really professional and really an easy salesperson to work with.He helped me get rid of my 1997 civic and upgraded me to a new civic at a really good price.I can see it in saurav's eye that he has a really big aim in the company.He is a hardworking guy with a really nice personality.The sales manager Edward Correa gave me a really good deal too. I went to Herb Chambers Boston for a used 2007 Honda Fit that I had seen online for a great price. This was my first time going to a dealer on my own and was somewhat nervous about the process but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to finance the car after they let me take if for a test drive and they took the time to sit down with me, explain everything and help me to find a financing option that I could afford comfortably. They also helped me to register the car and find extremely affordable car insurance that was cheaper than any quotes I was able to find on my own with mainstream companies like Geico and Progressive. When I saw the car I was somewhat skeptical, it was in great shape but had not been cleaned, had a broken mirror and had a dented bumber. But Keith Banks O'Banor reassured me that they would replace everything and have the car looking brand new before I would take it home a few days later, and he absolutely kept his word. They also saved me the hassle of the DMV and had the car registered and inspected for me as well so that all I had to do was come in to pick it up and drive it home. I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston, the employees were very kind and helped me to purchase a great car with a great financing option.
