I had the pleasure to work with Rick Blaze, Fabian, and Dewayne Holman during my purchase experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. Purchasing can be a difficult process, but Fabian and Rick made the experience fairly painless. Rick could not have been more pleasant and courteous, and he took the time to listen to what was important to us. In the end, I believe we purchased the right vehicle and did so at a proper price. Dewayne did a fine job of explaining the options to us, and we concluded our transaction in the best possible way. I would recommend both Rick and the dealership to my associates.

Awesome Experience Got an amazing deal on my new wheels. Everything from start to finish went very smootly, working with Alex Mango was a huge pleasure. I never felt pressured to buy and I felt that he was very honest with me. I would 100% send friends and family his way.

This was the first time I had ever purchased or leased a car, and Forest walked me through the process. I was worried that as a first-time buyer I might find that dealership employees would be condescending, but this was absolutely not the case. Forest was friendly and professional, walking me through the process without dumbing it down. Even though I was getting a car as part of a move and the process was therefore complicated, everything worked out because Forest did a lot of work to help me out.

I was so impressed with my experience at Herb Chambers Honda Boston. Honestly. I know that I got an amazing deal on my 2014 Honda Accord Crosstour. In love with this car. My sales associate was Jose Yapul and I felt comfortable with him immediately. The sales managers Omar and Jeff were also helpful and easy to be around. At no point did I feel pressured to buy/lease a vehicle. Jose made me feel at ease and gave me plenty of time to decide on what I wanted. I felt like he was just as happy as I was that I got a great deal on a great car. The general manager and the other sales associates also seemed happy for me. I was very pleased with my experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Boston. My salesman Scott Santos was exceptional, he treated me with respect and dignity because my situation wasn't the best. I had no money to put down and a bankruptcy on my credit. Scott and his team didn't make me feel like a second class citizen. They make feel just as good as a customer with good credit and lots of money and that is important to me because bad credit does not define who i am and sometimes bad things happen to good people. We bought our car very quickly and easily. Eric Poulson was great and very attentive and there were no glitches. I left the transponder on my old car that was left at the dealership (trade in) and Eric found it and federal expressed it to me overnight with a few other items. The whole process was quick, easy, comfortable and efficient. I highly recommend Herb Chambers to anyone interested in buying a Honda. Eric even showed me how to use the blue tooth before I drove away into the sunset!
