Very awesome,friendly and Mr Davidson awesome sales man.

Very awesome,friendly and Mr Davidson awesome sales man. Always there to help five stars for him. He works with his customers trying to make the best price work for them keep up the awesome work. If you want a vehicle find him he will work with you to find a car. (2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid Nightshade). He also told me the steps and when it was being built and arrived at dealership. I like that.

I am leasing a Toyota Corola, I have leased from Toyota since 2020. The last 2 leases was from AutoNation in Libertyville, Illinois. I hav had served done in Wisconsin and Kentucky, provided excellent service.

Having bought many vehicles over the years, I was

Having bought many vehicles over the years, I was disappointed by my experience with this dealership, especially how the financing was handled. From the start, I made it clear I wanted a 60 or 64-month loan at a specific rate. The finance manager acknowledged this, but once I got to the finance office, the focus quickly shifted to pushing a vehicle protection plan. Despite declining it multiple times, that became the main topic. With so much focus on the protection plan and monthly payments, the agreed loan term got lost in the shuffle and was changed to 72 months. I wasn’t clearly made aware of this change and only fully realized it when Wells Fargo contacted me a few days later with the loan terms. While I accept responsibility for not catching this immediately, the dealership should have been upfront about such a significant change. After multiple calls and emails, their response was dismissive, placing blame on me for signing the paperwork. That attitude is exactly why many people distrust dealerships. The trade-in appraisal added insult to injury. My car was valued at $2,500, supposedly needing a lot of work, and when I pushed back, I was told it wouldn’t sell for much more. Yet just days later, it was listed by the dealership for $6,510. That further soured the relationship I had with this dealership. Michael, my salesperson, was professional and helpful. But the finance and management teams lacked transparency and integrity. I’m removing the protection plan, refinancing elsewhere, and will take my service business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this dealership. I’m no stranger to how dealerships operate and know they mark up loans and add-ons to make money. What surprised me was how blatant the overall approach was and the complete lack of care for building a lasting relationship. From shifting focus away from key terms to pushing add-ons and protection plans, and even souring a relationship over a couple thousand dollars on the trade-in, it’s clear my satisfaction wasn’t a priority. My advice to anyone considering this dealership is simple: stay vigilant, know exactly what you want, and stick to your guns. Otherwise, they will find ways to increase your costs any way they can. They do not have your best interests in mind.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!! We had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named Edgar. We visited to test drive both a Grand Highlander and a regular Highlander, but instead of being helped, we were constantly questioned and criticized for even considering the regular Highlander. It felt like we were the ones having to justify our interest - completely backwards from what you’d expect at a dealership. Edgar’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He was on his phone frequently, seemed completely disinterested, and even made faces during our conversation, which came across as demeaning and disrespectful. The entire interaction left a bad taste, and we will not be returning.
