Great experience!
Shane Paiva (TSG) was great help from the moment I walked in the door. Great test drive walked me through the entire buying process. Kevin came through with the power top deal. (Don't be afraid to ask for it). Making sure I got the best car at the best price. Don did a great job making my wife and I feel confident with the extended warranty program and financing. We had previously had a very bad experience with an extended warranty at another dealership and Don was very understanding and helpful. A great experience. No pressure. The only dealership I will shop in the future.

Best salesmen out there!
Fausto made my first car leasing experience, the easiest, most efficient transaction. I showed up very last minute on a Wednesday night, with no idea other than getting a new car. Even with an impending storm, he searched through his stock, found the most suitable car for my lifestyle, and immediately started the paperwork. That same night I met with Arthur Martel, the finance manager on my case and he also started his own paperwork. Both Fausto and Arthur were welcoming and professional, while making the experience feel like a reunion with old friends. Just four days after choosing my car, even with two New England blizzards, Fausto and Arthur were able to finish all the paperwork and finalize the deal. The day I pickup up my new Toyota, Fausto was his warm welcoming self, Arthur made sure to come by and say hi, and Kenny T (another manager) made sure everything was handled correctly and added onto an unforgettable car leasing experience. I had just purchased a 2017 Camry LE in Florida, and was disappointed to discover that I suddenly needed to replace my car in Massachusetts, too! I went in to Braintree Toyota knowing what I wanted, including the extra maintenance packages, and they did everything they could to get me my twin. The only way I could get an identical red Camry meant waiting several weeks to have it built - but I didn't have that time. Eryk, a new salesman, went out of his way to work with the sales manager to get me a great price on a red SLE in stock. Thanks for being patient and understanding with me on this 2nd big purchase!

I couldn't be happier with my new Corolla. With the help of salesman Fred Zeiba and owner Charlie Tufankjian I took ownership of a beautiful custom built 2017 Corolla XLE. It took a little while but my patience has been rewarded. Everyone involved with the transaction which included Brian McGrath and Kenny T. was a big help. I can't imagine going to another dealership. Service is Off the Charts
I have purchased 3 Vehicles from the Tufankjian Family, at Toyota of Braintree. (2) Siennas and 1 Venza over these past 10 years. The Biggest Reasons to Buy here are the People and overall Quality of the Toyota vehicles. After visiting their showroom, meeting Sales, Service and Finance Folks, you'll wonder if there is something in the Water Cooler, because everyone makes you feel like part of a family and seem overly happy to be there. I immediately, went to the fountain and tasted some. Seemed Normal, Hmm? Fast Forward, we all know, that cars will need SERVICE, so it's all about SERVICE. I have never been disappointed ( Except the small loaner Corolas ...Sorry ) AND for these past 3 years, AMANDA, in Service has gone above and beyond to educate and help me with anything I needed fixed/repaired. She is the BOMB! Lastly, stay away from Run Flat Tires. They're brutal. You won't get more than 15,000/tire and the often wear unevenly. Michael Roman :)
