My husband and I bought a used 2011 Sonata from Bob Arch at Loren Hyundai and we are very happy with the vehicle and service we received from Bob. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Bob. He was very helpful, informative and made sure we were happy with our purchase and that all of our questions were answered. Bob Arch was a true professional throughout the whole buying process and made it very stress free for us. We definitely will purchase another vehicle through Bob in the future. Everyone at the dealership was warm, welcoming and just generally pleasing to be around. If you are in the market for a Hyundai call them. I wouldn't buy one anywhere else.

I think the previous reviewers must have been to a different dealership than Loren as my husband and I both found our salesperson(Jim) to be knowledgeable, friendly and fair. (They do have to make some profit to keep the doors open). We were shown both new and used vehicles, and were not pushed one way or the other. The dealership worked with us and our budget so we could find the right vehicle. We did not feel like they were just trying to "sell a car". I usually hate car shopping as it is too stressful and never feels like we get a good deal - this was not the case with Loren and salesperson (Jim). Will go back and will recommend to friends. (By the way, when we were there the showroom had many shoppers)

I found a used car online from Loren. Called, they had the vehicle as stated. DROVE IN FROM MICHIGAN for the vehicle. Got stuck in your Chicago traffic. Dealer and used salesperson stayed late waiting for me on a FRIDAY night. Loved the car, made the deal, Drove it back to Michigan. No problems, no hassles, good experience (except traffic) No worries with this dealership!

I brought my car into the service department for my regular oil change, and touch up my brakes. The car was washed clean, and then I visited the showroom and I purchased a brand new Hyundai Sonata. I received great trade in value, a good discount on the New Vehicle. In addition I dealt with all of the management from Service, to Sales to Finance. All top level managers...The Salesman did everything correct and I will be referring many people to Loren Hyundai...

Could not be happier with my experience at Loren. Paul was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work out the deal with. The service department was very accommodating by providing me a loaner car free of charge. Ask for Paul if you're in the market for a new Hyundai.

We had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. Customer service is great, very friendly and very professional. Not pushy like some other dealers. We had a very bad experience with other dealers so I almost lost my faith in finding someone who can really help. Likely I was wrong. We just bough Hyundai Sonata 2011 on November 11, 2012.
