Had a transmission problem.

Had a transmission problem. Karen was very helpful, but the dealer repair cost was over $3,000 more than a local shop.

I don’t know who Karen Getchell is but my sales rep was

I don’t know who Karen Getchell is but my sales rep was Sonya Rodrigues and she was rude and condescending. After 9 weeks I am still waiting for the second key for my vehicle and am getting the run around. I was not informed of a recall on the vehicle until after my purchase. I was over charged for my registration (and later refunded), when they had trouble transferring my registration, Sonya told me that it was my fault because I have special plates (vanity plate with ham radio call sign). I am a return customer paying cash and received very poor service and consideration.

It was a fantastic experience at Colonial South

It was a fantastic experience at Colonial South Chevrolet, from the moment I walked in to the time I drove away with the truck I've been searching weeks for. Phillip was straightforward and honest throughout the entire process of checking out the truck, test-driving it, and answering all of my questions. The entire staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful, which is definitely not the norm in my experience at your usual dealership. I was very pleased with the fair value given to me for my trade in. I didn't have to haggle over that at all which is greatly appreciated. I plan on buying another vehicle in the near future for my daughter who will be off to college after next year and these are the people I want to come to do business with. Thank you, Phillip and entire CSC staff!
