Great sales team/finance department from managers to sales associates! There was no anxiety/stress in my decision/negotiating of my new car as is the perception of purchasing a vehicle from any dealer. The inidividual's I dealt with had great personalities, very understanding and no pressure. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership to anyone!

Great dealership! Laid-back and friendly, while maintaining professionalism. Arthur was extremely helpful. He and Kevin worked endlessly to get a car perfect for us for a near-manageable price. Arthur kept up great communication with us during the entire deal, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was in fair condition when we test drove it and originally purchased it; including, but not limited to, a back tire that continuously leaks, a missing spare key, and an overall lack of cleanliness. (awaiting Simoniz services*). Overall, we are happy with our 2011 Honda Civic and the services rendered at this location.

Saturday morning car shopping started at Colonial Honda with no intention of actually buying that day but after meeting with Barry Otto and his team, we just couldn't leave without signing for our 2012 Honda Crosstour EX-L. We absolutely love the car but we really enjoyed working with Barry, he was professional from the moment that he walked up to us in the lot all the way through getting us the best deal! My husband and I never felt pressured that we had to buy a car, it was just about getting us the best deal and most importantly, what we could afford, afterall that's what really matters.
