I went to Colonial Honda to walk around their lot and read the stickers on the cars. I happened to run into a sales person, Barry Otto. He was so professional and knowledgeable that I left with a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L that day! He wasn't pushy at all and respected my request not to ask me how much I wanted my monthly loan payment to be. He was patient and knew all the options for the different models that I was interested in. He made the negotiating experience as pleasant as it can be. He also had the patience to show me how the technology worked and encouraged me to return if I needed further assistance, knowing that i would never remember everything he had explained. I will seek out Barry again when the time comes to buy again.

My wife and I went to colonial honda and had a good experience. We were referred to Joe Zekus and were not disappointed. He helped us get into a 2014 Pilot and a 2011 Accord and we were really happy about the way we were treated. Joe was very respectful and helped get us a deal that was affordable for our budget. I highly recommend him.

I visited Honda not knowing if I wanted to purchase or lease a car. Joe Zekus was very helpful and explained the pros and cons to leasing and buying. He was patient with all our questions, concerns, and multiple phone calls. He showed us a few cars that we were interested in. We were able to view and in most cases drive the car to see if it was a good fit for our growing family. Negotiating the price was a much better experience than it was last time I was at another dealership. He was honest and fair! After a little back and forth we were able to come a payment we were comfortable with. My husband will be in the market for a new car in another year or so and after this experience he has already made Colonial Honda of Dartmouth his #1 choice to buy a car. Thanks for an amazing experience, we love our new car!

We recently had the pleasure of buying a new car at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by Barry Otto, a salesman who patiently explained all the options and choices available. At no time did he pressure us; as a matter of fact, we agreed upon a purchase price relatively quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend you ask for Barry if you're considering Honda. It worked out very nicely for us!

We have owned two Honda Odysseys before buying a new CR-V. I have always liked the service provided by Colonial and its predecessor, Barry Honda. When my husband and I purchased our new CR-V this week, your customer service was excellent. We really enjoyed working with Barry Otto. He was friendly and informative both when we were looking at cars and after we purchased. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features of the car. We were happy with the deal he worked out with us. He was upfront about wanting to sell us the car we were interested in, but he never made us feel uncomfortably pressured to do so. He gave us space to make an informed decision based on the information he presented, and we decided to buy the car -- no muss, no fuss and a totally pleasant experience. Thank you, Barry, you were great! Next time we need a car, we'll be back to see you.

Ring Job Repair
During routine service I mentioned to Peter Slota ,service mgr,that my car [2010 Accord] was using an Excessive amount of OIL...One Quart in less than 1000 miles, with Peters help we charted oil consumption, increasing with higher milage,resulting with my making an emergency pit stop, during XMAS.Season..... [fouled plugs] car banging away on 3-4 cylinders. Peter Graciously made time and effected repairs at this busiest time of year, Joe Duart [tech] did a complete ring job.......not a greasy smudge, nor drop of oil, could I find on the engine,,, engine comp,,,or inside the car,,,AND THE ENGINE DOESNT USE ANY OIL!!!!!!!! I want to thank Peter, Joe, Honda Good Will, and all the fine people at COLONIAL HONDA!! I WILL BE BACK...........................

Good Desicion.
I had already been to several Honda dealers. Just a long drawn out process. At the last minute I thought about Colonial Honda. I called and spoke with Ashley (really cool), and she told me what I wanted to hear, they try to match or beat competitors pricing. Upon arrival I met and spent some time with Raul from sales. Raul was just a regular guy with a small but growing family. I told Raul what I wanted, he got up and went to discuss figures with his superiors and came back with a figure that really made me happy to be there. Before you new it the deal was made. Next was John W. from the finance dept., another awesome guy. Personable, friendly and easy to work with. I can say that I made the best choice by making that call to Ashley that day.

Buying my car was so much easier than I thought!
I recently bought a new Honda CRV from Colonial Honda in Dartmouth. Mike was my salesman and Kevin did my financing. They were both great! Mike was very helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. He did not try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. I purchased exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I would go back and work with Mike and Kevin again. Anyone who shops for a car there will be well taken care of. A great experience!
