No matter what age

My 82 yr old mom was looking for a used car. They treated her with respect and helped her right away. Matt, our salesman, was very helpful with all the questions I had for him and they even delivered the car to her since I couldn't help. ( I live in Maine) I was VERY pleased with this dealership!!

Disappointed

While getting my car serviced for a routine oil change, the service guy backed my SUV into a parked car and damaged the back to the point that the trunk was no longer accessible. I am so disappointed in the way Toyota has handled the situation from the lack of cooperation, slow responses and disrespect. They refuse to give me the insurance information so I can get my car fixed at a place that I feel is reputable and will professionally handle my vehicle. And the kicker..I was still charged for the oil change

Horrible management and treatment of customers

If I could give a zero I would. Have recently purchased 2 cars from this facility so was a repeat customer. Went to purchase a 3rd, had agreed on the car purchase price, came back within an hour which was agreed upon with salesman with trade in and car was sold to someone else before I arrived. Quick was to lose a customer and will make sure everyone I know knows how poorly they treat customers. Their word means nothing . When we called to ask Theresa the manager what happened with our agreement she hung up on us.

Professionalism of employee

My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company

As a Quality Manager for 35 Years it is understood that there is always room for improvement. That is why I only chose 4 stars. I would have to perform an audit to be able to show where improvement could be made. Of course, that would not be done for free.

Really good experience here.

Really good experience here. Ken was great to work with and made the whole experience easy, especially since I was coming from about an hour away. He answered all my questions honestly and had plenty of supplemental information when I asked for it. Felt like the list price was very fair given the quality and condition of the truck. The business manager who closed the sale was also straightforward and no-hassle. Really nice guy. Really happy with my Off Road Tacoma.
