Looking for a Maxima, we visited Thomas to discuss dealer trading for the right color. Sal directed us to Will. After reviewing our needs he was glad to help find the perfect Maxima, but explained that the Altima exceeded our desires and would save us $6000! OK, waiting for the next ball to drop, we test drove the Altima as they appraised our trade. Holy cow they stood up to my trade and agreed with my research of what it was worth. Ben the used car manager actually sat down with us and drove with me in our trade (never kicking my dog, if you know what I mean). Jim, in finance, was great and pleasant to work with. First time in our lives that it was sad to finish with such a great group of people at a car dealer!

Very knowledgeable, mannerly and most of all, took care of all our needs in buying our new Nissan Altima today. Now....when you get to the financing part, you have to speak to Steven Gramera - great person and terrific with customers. He knows what people want/and can afford and doesn't try to sell items that really aren't what they want.... I give both of them 5 STARS - they were terrific !!!! Our first Nissan, but not our last.

My husband and I recently went in to purchase a new car. I wasn't sure what I wanted. Matt Richards came out and spent a lot of time showing us the different cars that interested me. We went on a test drive and by then it was getting late. We wanted to get home to our daughter. I told Matt that we would be back in the next morning. There was no push to have us purchase that night. Matt gave us his card, told us he would be in the next morning. We did go back the next day. We test drove a different car and found the one we loved. No pressure, no haggling on the price. it was the perfect way to do business. A couple days after the purchase Matt gave me a call to check in, make sure I didn't have any questions about the car. What great customer service.
