Rose my sales lady was wondering and so was the manager I've bought at least six cars from here and two were from rose I was in and out fast with exactly what I wanted they kept everything in my budget and affordable with warranty included i couldn't be happier with my experience with Rose and Bo and Aaron

I ut in an inquiry for a 2026 Frontier pro4x. I get a call from Zach. He called me tells me im pre approved. I told him I wanted the citrus stike color. He told me I was approved for the white one they have. Mind you in our first conversation, I told him The exact truck I was looking for. I told him Bill Kay has it so dealer trade for it. He calls me and says it has the premiere package. Yes I know that. We'll I have to talk to my manager. No call back. This was Friday 3/6. I call him yesterday and him how the dealer trade is going. Again I will talk to my manger and will call you back later today. Guess what? No call back. Terrible communication,very unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership. I guess my money isn't good enough to be spent at Thomas Nissan.

Crystal was awesome thruout the whole purchase process, we came in not really wanting to buy a new car and she applied no pressure on the sale! Awesome buying experience and we left with a shiny new 2025 altima!!

I purchased a 2025 SUV customer service was good from the manager who is no longer with the company. The new manager (the tall skinny guy) needs to lose his job the way he spoke with me was disturbing. I was told by the previous owner and my sales lady that my bumper will be take care of. AGAIN this is 2025 there were spots on the bumper (I was told it looked like it came from the train dust). They tried to get it off until the previous manager was there the new manager wasn't helpful at all he yells at me "I'm not doing anything for you". Luckily it's a lease and they will get the car back. IF you purchase a vehicle FULLY INSPECT it and if there's anything wrong DON'T purchase the car they will tell you anything to get the sale.

Our sales person Zach did a fantastic job. He was patient as we narrowed our search for a new car. Ultimately, we purchased a new platinum edition pathfinder and would recommend Zach, Esteban, and Aaron to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.
