I bought a 2014 Honda Pilot EX L

This dealership was great! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great buying experience and we love our new car. Ask for Anthony, he was great and has a great personality, he made the car buying experience fun. He said we could call him anytime we needed car service or had any questions, I felt like we were appreciated for our purchase and that they would still be there afterwards.

Not very friendly

I did not have a good experience at this dealership. They had the attitude that they represented Honda. If you didn't like it, there's the door. Wouldn't work on price and not very friendly.

2nd car at Majestic

This is the second car in a year we have bought at Majestic Honda. We bought a new car last July and a used CRV in May. When we bought our new car our salesman was Eric Bruno he was very nice to deal with and very helpful. We decided to trade our RAV-4 and wanted to buy a used CRV. When we arrived at the dealership Eric greeted us once again which was great because we were going to ask for him, again we received great service with Eric and also the finance mgr. I feel sure when we are in need of another car we will visit Eric at Majestic.

Great Service

Recently purchased a Ford, from this Honda dealer. After visiting 4 Ford dealers, I noticed the car I was interested in was available at Majestic. Went in tired, cranky, and totally fed-up with car buying process. Sarah was great! I'm a to-the-point woman and she got that. I made an offer, she made an offer, and the deal was done! None of the back and forth I hate so much. Quick and easy. She was also available to answer my many questions after the fact (to set my mind at ease) I would recommend Sarah and Majestic. Enjoyable experience.

Great Dealership to Work With

We walked in and were paired with Eric Bruno. After visiting other dealerships we liked Eric the best and really wanted to give him our business. The prices were on par with others we saw around town and they were willing to negotiate. Majestic Honda had a great selection and when one car we were interested in was sold, they had a similar car that we ended up buying. We love our CR-V and had a great experience buying from Majestic Honda. Highly recommend.

A good experience

I hate going to car dealerships as a rule, especially the " what will it take to put you in this car today" type salesperson. I let Sarah know that immediately, and was assured that would not happen . It didn't. I knew what type of car I wanted, owning a 12 year old CR-V that I loved. She showed me a few, let me know what it would cost, how much my car was worth, and let me test drive it. I knew that was the car that I wanted to buy. I did not go with Honda financing, so it took a couple of weeks to get the equity loan that I wanted. I promised her that if during that time she didn't bother me, I would definitely buy my car from her. When I had my money I called her and within days, I had my new car. Sarah was helpful and professional, and made sure that everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the whole experience.

non-anxious car buying

Our experience with Anthony Scudieri at Majestic Honda was a great one. There was no pressure about buying a car and there was always a sense of dealing with a genuine trustworthy person. I would recommend Anthony if you are looking to buy a Honda. You will not be disappointed.

Holly Bedrosian's Purchase

Sarah went above and beyond what is expected of a car sales person. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy. She made the experience in the dealership and the nitty gritty paperwork stuff work in my benefit and not once did I get that feeling of being swindled, as is typical in the car industry. Her positive attitude, upbeat personality and willingness to keep her customers happy is a rare work ethic in this modern world. Debbie in finance was absolutely wonderful. I never had more fun signing paperwork and I appreciate the upfront honesty with every step of the process. When you are financing a vehicle, especially while trying to fix credit situations, people aren't always so willing to go the extra mile to make it work well for the customer. Working in car sales myself I was extremely pleased with my purchase and my experience overall, I will certainly be referring to your dealership to people in the market. Both Sarah and Debbie are huge assets to your dealership!

One of the only honest dealerships left...

I applaud Majestic Honda for the way they handle their business. We worked with Dave P and purchased 2 cars from them. Both experiences have been superb. There was no haggling, lying about their best price, and having to walk out of the dealership and play games. They were upfront and gave us their best price right away on both occasions. And both times they beat the competitors price. I highly recommend Dave P and Majestic Honda to anyone looking for not only a good deal but to be treated right as well. Thanks Dave!!

Excellent Sales Experience

We had an excellent experience at Majestic Honda. David Fontaine's customer service and attention to the details was unsurpassed. There was never any pressure throughout the buying experience. They allowed me to test drive whichever vehicles I wanted and take all the time that I wanted without having a salesman breathing down my neck. I would recommend David to anyone interested in a Honda or a pleasurable buying experience.
