Really liked the selection and quality of the used cars they had here compared to a few other places. Josh was really helpful throughout the whole process and he made sure they did their best to fix everything we asked for before buying the car. He had also showed us the Carfax report on the car. Low mileage. No nasty smoke or wet dog smell inside like we had found at a couple other dealerships. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale which was nice. Also glad they give a lifetime powertrain warranty, overall good experience.

We were very happy with Joshua as a sales person he was very patient with us as my husband is hard of hearing. When we left the dealership the first time we had not decided on buying the car Joshua showed us just yet as this was only the first place that we had gone to and we wanted to compare prices but we agreed that we would like to buy a car from him. When we were picking up the car Joshua even pulled up Autotrader.com to show us that for the area that we lived there were no cars of that model priced comparably except those with at least 20,000 more miles. We would recomend Joshua to anyone who is buying a car.

Well I must say I haven't visit a auto dealer since 1993, since then I've been buying vehicles from private owners. With knowledge of automobiles I would fix what needed fixing and go from there... Now with gas so high I decided to go with a newer 4 cylinder. Found a great Subaru with a good price and a real nice salesman..(Joshua Ostrow) Friendly didn't give me runaround and didn't try to put me in something out of my price range. I would definitely do business here again.

Joshua Ostrow was without a doubt one of the most professional and courteous salesmen I have ever encountered. He was patient while explaining the various features of the Honda CRV and he was extremely kind and accommodating with me at all times. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a Honda. He took extra time to set my radio station and clock to my preferred settings. From the moment I test-drove the car with him to the finishing touches of him putting my license plates on my car, it was a positive experience all around.

Anthony Scudieri clearly and completely explained to me and then closed all the aspects of a somewhat unconventional lease deal (Honda Fit EV). He was available, promptly responsive to my inquiries and enthusiastic about his business, which I like. I enjoyed doing business with Anthony and would do it again.

On Thursday afternoon I had some major problems with my 10 year-old car. I called and they got me a service appointment immediately. I took a ride home from their shuttle service, and the driver was SO nice. He asked me what kind of car I had and told me he would wash and vacuum it for me after the work was done. A short time later, I got a call from Majestic letting me know the amount of work I needed done on my vehicle. Because of the cost and how old my car was, I asked them to let me know the trade-in value of my car. They gave me a very fair price, especially based on all the work they knew I needed to have done, so I decided to start looking at their used car inventory. I walked in, asked to see a specific car that was on the website, and they let me take it out for a test drive. They let me take it out alone, which I really appreciated. I wouldn't have felt comfortable testing it the way I did if someone was sitting in the passenger seat. After a very small amount of negotiation, I walked out with a brand new (used) car a couple hours later. They even helped me move everything from my old car into my new car, which...believe me, was A LOT. The best part? I don't even have to go to the DMV or work with my Insurance agent - they're doing it all for me. I would definitely recommend Majestic Honda South, and will be doing all of my future service work at Majestic myself.
