    Thank you Bob Machado!.........While I was initially being serviced by a relatively new employee, Senior service representative Bob Machado came to the new representative's and my aide. Bob brought up my history of repairs and had the mechanic come out and explain what repairs were evident. With Bob's help, I was able to make the best economical decisions at hand. Bob Machado, Service representative, came to aide new service representative, and guide my car service and repair, and show the new representative how to provide excellent customer service. Bob researched my previous repairs so I could make the best decisions for my money and also heard me say , Im almost ready to purchase a new car. While my car was repaired, Bob brought me to Hurd's sales dept and introduced me to a sales representative where I began to search for my next car. My whole experience at Hurd was time well spent and my car repaired without any misteps. Thanks Bob.

    This dealer makes the dealers I saw in South County useless. They are so professional, courteous and patient. I am a senior and needy that patience. Asked tons off questions especially when showing me the inside of my car. NEVER AN ATTITUDE. FROM THE SALES MANAGER TO THE RECEPTIONIST. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH.

    I tried to buy a used truck here. I would have paid what they wanted. They were too busy not listening to figure it out. My salesperson Jason acted like he didn't want to be bothered. The sales manager is the biggest jerk I ever met. Very stereotypical salesperson from like 20 years ago...gross.... Please don't go there...they don't deserve your business.

    Had to bring my Equinox in for repairs before our trip to Maine. This is my second time buying a car at Hurd and I will go no place else. The people are so nice and they take very good care of your needs. Bob was our service advisor and he was great . He called me and kept me informed what was going on with my Equinox I love that about Hurd employees they are so pleasant and make you feel like you belong to there family. Thank you Bob for your smile and you very much needed help.

    I had a navigation dvd read error in my 2011 Acadia. After scheduling service ahead of time I brought the vehicle in at the designated appointment. I then had to describe the point of the service to the representative who instructed me that they would look into it and call after the diagnostic. I informed them I would be waiting in the lounge. Fast forward 3.5 hours, I am told that the navigation dvd isn't being read and that I would have to replace it. It took 3.5 hours to figure out the dvd was the problem! I was then told that this lengthy diagnostic service would cost $109 and the problem would only be fixed if I bought another disc for $175 more. The lack of communication is staggering. Nobody should have to wait that long and be charged that much for such a simple troubleshoot. That is the last money Hurd will get out of me. $109 for absolutely nothing! That is almost 4 wasted hours of my time.

    Terrible service. It took over one week to get a response to our online inquiries. Not only the online rep, but also his manager promised to send us certificates of pricing. We have STILL not received them, and went to another dealership to purchase our vehicle. I would NOT recommend them to anyone that I considered a friend.

    i bought this 2015 Chevy Sonic at the end of August 2015 and it only had 8800 miles on it. It is a certified preowned car. After buying the car i had issues with the window popping and making awful noises i brought it back to Hurd with the intentions of having it fixed. They replaced the door check and it never solved the issue. Upon further inspection the car has had a bogus repair done on the drivers side door. clearly the car had been in an accident. After washing the car a few times paint had started to chip off and expose bondo. i brought the car back to hurd and they told me i was on my own. The car has a clean car fax and shows it was a rental car they had bought from florida before i purchased it. They quoted me $500 to have their body guy repair it. I declined as i am already paying $16k for the car and don't want to pay for someone else's crash/horrible repair. After being no help i left. Within the last too weeks the the wind took the drivers door and opened it hard as i was getting out and and resulted in the front most edge of the door by the fender to contact the door hinge itself. Now there is three chunks of paint and bondo missing exposing metal underneath. and also my window is still popping resulting in the window tint i paid to have put on all scratched up and chunks of it scraped off. Apparently the window issue is still present. This will be the 4th day i have to take out of work to bring my car in for these issues with the door and it doesn't seem like anyone cares about me or my time wasted bringing the car there for all the troubles i am having. I am not satisfied with the service there after selling me a car with all these problems. and i will not recommend them to anyone in the future.

    The team at Hurd GMC were amazing! Nick, Dave and their entire team were top notch in every way! They helped me pick the right vehicle at the perfect price for my budget!! They exceeded my expectations and now have a customer for life! I will refer all my friends and family to see them when making an automobile purchase or lease!!! Great job guys!!     Devin Richards was a no nonsense sales rep. We felt no pressure from him. He was very kind and attentive to what we needed. With the negotiation for purchasing extras for the Truck he went beyond to make it happen and to have the truck ready for for delivery Even the representative asking care of the lease paperwork made the entire process quick and easy
