Excellent service
Everyone at Paul Masse was very nice and knowledgeable about their products and services. My sales rep, Chris, took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions and get me a deal that worked for me.

Point man was Paul Dragich. He was thorough, knowledgable, fair, and considerate. Also follows up, and properly addressed any issues. The rest of the staff I was in contact were also as considerate and courteous.

Great Dealership - a real surprise!
A great dealership - a real surprise for a GM dealership. This place is a gem. Paul Dragich was a wonderful gentleman, very clear and friendly. This is the first american car my family has ever bought, and we are very happy.

Silverado 2500 HD
I bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with Plow-prep package not one single person in the entire Paul Massey Chevrolet facility in East Providence can tell you or me where the pigtails are for the wiring harness for the plow prep package the worst experience I've ever experienced in my life and I would never recommend buying a vehicle there

Comfortable, knowledgeable, courteous and professional
I inquired online, let them know when I was coming in and they had a salesman waiting for me. Chris met me in the showroom and asked questions of me in regards to was I looking for a specific model and then the features of that model that I definitely wanted and showed me others that he thought I potentially would be of interest. He then showed me 3 vehicles all with different feature options, I determined which additional ones I wanted and then we sat down to o over the price He then asked me numerous questions to determine if any of the various promotional discounts were relevant to me. Thankfully there were multiple and that brought my bottom line cost down to the figure I had in my mind when I decided to purchase a new vehicle. Through the entire process I felt relaxed and comfortable. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will recommend Paul Masse and Chris Mills to any and all family members and friends!

Avoid this place at all costs.
I went to Paul Masse in East Providence Rhode Island 30August2017 to have my vehicle serviced. All went as expected however when I brought up the issue that the leather on my steering wheel was starting to come undone, the dealership wanted nothing to do with it. I called the dealership 31August2017 and spoke to the service manager Sam DeSousa and his exact words... you didn't buy the vehicle here we have no loyalty to service your vehicle, you also gave us a bad survey so why should we service your vehicle. When I told him I would be contacting General Motors, the BBB, Rhode Island Auto Dealers Association, local news station consumer advocate division, as well as sharing this on social media was told by this service manager I don't care do what ever you want to do. The Vehicle I have is a 2016 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 18,700 miles on it. The below is from the New Vehicle Warranty booklet. Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty (including tires): Coverage is for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. 3 years/36,000 Miles Limited Warranty Coverage Chevrolet is committed to ensuring satisfaction with your new vehicle. Your Chevrolet dealer also wants you to be completely satisfied and invites you to return for all your service needs, both during and after the warranty period. To help keep things in proper working order, Chevrolet will warrant each 2016 model year from bumper-to-bumper for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first; see dealer for details) with no deductible, from the original in-service date of the vehicle, for warrantable repairs that are required as a result of defects due to material and/or workmanship. The below is directly from page 4 of the New Vehicle warranty booklet. Repairs Covered The warranty covers repairs to correct any vehicle defect, not slight noise, vibrations, or other normal characteristics of the vehicle due to materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Needed repairs will be performed using new, re-manufactured, or refurbished parts. Obtaining Repairs To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealer facility within the warranty period and request the needed repairs. Reasonable time must be allowed for the dealer to perform necessary repairs

Efficient, helpful, good price.
Paul was helpful in answering questions and providing lease details, without pressure, and we agreed on a price. I took the train to Providence to pick up the car, he met me at the train station, and went over driving and charging the Bolt. Closed the deal with Crystal, and was on the road home. I appreciated the efficiency, and the lack of upselling options. The process was professional and respectful throughout. I tried to lease a Bolt at another dealer, but the experience was poor, and I left after they wouldn't close at the price we had agreed on ("sorry, the coupons are no longer available...").

No pressure - great buying experience!!
My experience started from an internet search and Dominique Abatecola (internet sales) was very informative and helpful. Once I narrowed down my selection, Dominique made an appointment for me to come in and see Richard Lima. With the help of Richard and Dominique, I had the truck I wanted and was in the showroom for less than 2 hours! Best automobile buying experience I've ever had.

Truck Lease
This was possibly the best experience I have had when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Everyone was courteous and professional; I wasn't stressed and didn't feel pressured at any time.
