No response from salesperson
I called on Fri. Dec. 1st and Sat Dec 2nd. to speak with the salesperson I have been dealing with and no call back. It's called common courtesy!!! I also bought a Chevy Cruz last August of 2016. I was told if I sent people in I would receive $100.00per referral. Well I sent 3 people in and I only received $100.00. Have not recieved the other $200.00. My date and time has not worked properly on my new car for at least 6 months! Every time I start my car it says 12:AM and the date is 1/1/1970!! Really!!! 1970??? And we have recently traded a truck for a newer model so we have been good customers so I thought but I'm not happy now. Feel like I'm being ignored !!! First and last time for me. JF

Purchase a new car - Bolt
Paul Dragich was very informative and answered all our questions relating to ownership of our first electric-powered car. We even shared with him that when we went to a previous dealership, the salesman did not give us any information and read his emails while we took a test drive. Paul definitely helped us make the decision to buy this car! The paperwork for our lease was done quickly and efficiently with your new technology desktop as well.

Memorable Experience
My overall Experience was exceptional! From top to bottom it really was a pleasurable experience. It was a seamless transaction and lacked every cliche that usually characterizes the experience of buying a vehicle. Excellent service
I first dealt with the internet sales (Kim Cunningham - excellent service). Then was transferred to Paul Dragich, salesman. He and the finance manager were completely committed in helping us obtain a new car. I would recommend this car dealership to all our family and friends.

Quick efficient
Usually the worst part of the purchase. She makes it one of the best. Highly recommend asking for Meghan to handle your finances needs. As far as the sales go Gino is your man. He not only takes the time to explain the process of purchasing he walks you through every step And Makes sure you truly understand. If your a typical skeptical New England person Gino is your salesman

Leasing Chevy Volt to Leasing Chevy Bolt EV - Expertly
Car dealerships and I have never gotten along particularly well. Admittedly, I am not at my most pleasant in that type of environment... So if someone like me can go into a car dealership and emerge with exactly the car he needs, for a price he can afford, this is cause for great relief and no small amount of, dare I say it, satisfaction. Paul Dragich and his associate Scott Welliington, once they understood my specific needs, helped me obtain the exactly right vehicle for me, with acceptable lease payments, that we will all be able to live with. No mean feat in this arena... Bottom line: At the end of the day, I could not be more pleased with my entire Chevy Bolt EV buying experience at Paul Masse Chevrolet and want to recommend this particular Chevrolet dealership, and especially its personnel, without reservation.

2007 Corvette
I emailed with Paul Dragich to help me with a possible purchase of a 2007 Corvette. Paul answered all of my questions and concerns. But in the end I did not purchase this car. I will possible work with Paul again because of his professionalism.

Absolutely the best car dealer experience
I am in my 60's and Paul was the first car salesman who showed me what a sales guy is supposed to be doing. Usually I pick out a car and shop around looking for a good deal. Masse Chevrolet has prices listed on the Web and they don't pull any bait and switch or hidden fees. Paul met us midway to sign all the papers to get the discounts that ended that day. Then at pickup, he showed us every feature of the Chevy Bolt. The car has many more features than I knew. He gave us tips that have increased our range greatly. I have never bought a GM car before but I am very happy with this one

Great experience purchasing a Chevy Bolt.
Prompt response to our inquiries; thorough and clear information; efficient process. When time-sensitive paperwork needed to be signed, salesman (Dragich) accommodated our schedule constraints my meeting us half-way between Providence and our home.

Purchased new truck
This is the third truck I’ve bought at Paul Masse and I’ve bought them all from Dave Wellington sr. He’s a great guy and always try’s to get me the best deal. I’m very satisfied with how I was treated and the price of the truck. I highly recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet and to see Dave for the best deal !
