On August 9th, 2025, a family member requested my assistance in purchasing a car at McGrath Acura dealership in Westmont, Illinois. Our salesperson George provided exceptional support and enthusiasm throughout the process. Although the exact color we desired was not available, George diligently demonstrated alternative options while his manager searched for the desired vehicle. Their joint efforts culminated in a remarkable outcome. After careful consideration and negotiation, we ultimately selected the available alternative. The conversation with George, the manager, and George, our sales representative, was highly enjoyable. Both individuals demonstrated expertise and provided comprehensive answers to our inquiries. They genuinely prioritized our satisfaction. I highly recommend McGrath Acura to anyone seeking an Acura vehicle. Make sure to talk to George in sales!

Great car buying experience with Denise and Mike. Quick negotiations on a price and trade in and out the door. Didn’t originally have the vehicle o wanted but followed up a few days later and had what I wanted. Highly recommended. Ask for Denise she will take care of you

My wife went in to look at a used car that was advertised

My wife went in to look at a used car that was advertised on cars.com When my wife expressed interest after looking at it, they tried to not honor the price advertised on the internet, saying that they had to do extra stuff to the car. We've encountered that at another dealership, so my wife was quick to say "we're not paying for that," and they backed off and honored the advertised price. Secondly, we had a problem with the Carfax report saying that the title is branded (think salvage, flood damage, etc.) Our insurance carrier, Allstate said that they wouldn't cover the car because of a branded title. I couldn't get the finance manager, Josh, to call me back. It turns out the title is not branded, so we don't know why the Carfax report shows that it is. But they made sure that my wife signed off on seeing the Carfax report. I don't trust this dealership.

This is the third vehicle. I have leased from McGrath Acura and I’ve had a great experience each time. This last time was no different, Spiro has been my sales person each time and I do feel he is honest and has my best interest in mind he is pleasant to work with and likable which is one reason why I keep coming back to McGrath Acura for sure.

Recall appointment was set up overnight. The service was prompt and efficient no more than an hour at the establishment. Service representative was very courteous and explained the recall thoroughly plus offered a free car wash. Overall experience was excellent.
