Good dealership. Made the transaction very easy through emails and phone calls. Make sure if you are driving a long distance to get your dream car, as I did, that you don't drive it for hours at highway speeds. Take frequent breaks and vary your speed to properly break in the engine.

This was my first time buying a car and Glenn Buehl made the experience so easy and honestly really exciting and pleasant. I am actually from North Carolina and drove all the way to New Hampshire (13 hour drive) for my car because Glenn made the process so simple. When I walked into the showroom he was greeting me and my son almost before we got through the door..My son explained to him what we were looking at and he offered to bring it to the front of the showroom to show it to us..He offered for us to take for a ride by ourselves{which we liked so we didn't feel pressured}Returned to showroom and your team offered us an offer soon..Sold..He hurried around and got it into the garage to prep it. We came in showroom at 11 am and was out by 4 PM..Driving my new car..I love it.I will recommend Howard to anyone who asks about going to Irwin.I also thank the team for being so prompt and not having to wait around a long time or having to come back after it.First new car I have had at 78..and I hope I have a long time to drive around in my car.Happy Motoring to me!! With limited time and specific requests Adel Mohammed met and exceeded my expectations. I wasn't able to stay so most was done over the phone and it was so easy. Communication was right were it needed to be. Delivery was just as easy. Set up was tended to with patience and ensuring I understood how my new Rav4 worked. My other Rav has been serviced there for 4 years and it has been a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a car, this is the place to go.
