Really enjoyed my experience with Drew Ring at Irwin Toyota with help in buying a CPO Toyota. Searching on the internet was fun, but time consuming & stressful until i got in touch with Drew & went up to see & test drive. Got some great help from his co-workers & got the deal done & feel good about the purchase.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I worked with Chris and Erik at Irwin and I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I pulled into the lot. I love my 2015 Nissan GTR very much and those guys made it a very easy buying process for me. I wanted the car checked out by a Nissan dealership and they made an appointment without any hesitation. They delivered the car to me 3 hours away. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase.

Buying a new car

Got a Toyota sienna 2017 everything went great Howard Cullen our sales consultant was very helpful and explained everything in detail so that there was no confusion we are very happy with our experience .

2012 Subaru Impreva.

I stopped by Irwin Toyota early in June on a rainy day to get rid of my old car and get a car that would pass inspection. Craig Lachapelle greeted me. After going over my options I test drove a Subaru Impreva. For being a 2012 with less than 42k miles on it. It was in great shape! I highly recommend Craig and Irwin Toyota. Gary

Michelle Whitney review

I will start with a summary...Michelle was AMAZING! Excellent customer service, extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed !!! She ALWAYS returned my multiple phone calls within minutes. Michelle was not remotely pushy and really worked with and for me. I asked about a few different preowned certified cars and she was so patient with my dozen questions about each one. I totally lucked out that she was my sales rep and I HIGHLY recommend contacting her if you are in the market for a vehicle. I promise you could not get better service !

Review for Howard Cullen

Howard was very helpful in helping me find a pre owned car that met the requirements I was looking for. Once my decision was made as to which car I was going to purchase he walked me thru the process and it was fast and easy. He took the time to show me all of features on the car and how they worked. I wish that all salesmen in the past had taking the time to walk their client thru that process. Overall, Howard was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Very Good Communication

I was very impressed by the communication service of Irwin Automotive group after I requested a drive test. There are two emails, one from the sales manager and another one from the sales man Steve. Steve answered in detail of my question list before I scheduled a drive test. Highly recommend to choose this dealer.
