Great efficient service

Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I first went through the online department to narrow down my car search. I would highly recommend do this in advance it saves time on the lot knowing which cars specifically you want to look at and test drive. On Arriving at Irwin I dealt with Howard Cullen who guided me throw the process. Howard was very patient, and at no time did I ever feel I was being pressured or talked into anything. I would recommend going to Irwin Automotive and asking for Howard if you are looking for a new car.

Best Car Buying Experience

I worked with Stacey Clark at Irwin looking to do the impossible. I had a vehicle that had 220k miles on it and I still owed money on. I really wanted to get into something new with a warranty because I drive a lot for work. My wife and I met with Stacey and told her we were limited on time but wanted to see if this could be done. She quickly listened, took our info and had us on our way while she worked behind the scenes for us. In less than 24hrs we had a response from Josh in finance letting me know they were able to get it to work! By the time I got to the dealership Stacey and Josh were ready for me so I didn't have to wait and I was signed and on the road in less than an hour. There was NEVER any pressure to buy and it was my most relaxed and comfortable car buying experience ever. I highly recommend Stacey Clark and Irwin auto group. Everyone was GREAT! -Paul Picard

"Good work by all"

Scott Hayward did an excellent job in getting us into our new 2017 Prius. He found a car that we liked, the price quote for both the new car and our trade-in was very fair, and he informed us as the car processed through shipping and delivery. He was on vacation when the car came, but he had set up other folks at Irwin’s to insure we were well taken care off. Then, he followed up when he returned. Good work by all involved.

Purchase of used certified Toyota Camry

Howard Cullen was an excellent salesman. Polite, very helpful, and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles, operating features, warrantees, etc. I was a very satisfied customer and would definitely do business with him again in the future.

Great price

I negotiated the price before I even walked through the door via email. They were upfront about their pricing and are very honest about everything. They are not sharky in anyway! I was in and out within an hour! Excellent. Best experience with a dealer.

Purchase of 2016 Toyota Highlander

Spent many hours with Glenn Buehl on a Saturday learning all the aspects of the Toyota Highlander. He was very knowledgeable and patient in educating my husband and I on the workings of the Highlander.
