Thanks to staff

My previous statement said it all. Great staff, pleasant, smiling, non aggressive, relaxed group of people. Hate to be pushed and given a long pitch. I would turn around and leave. None of this happened in our time at the dealership. Adham was great. He is a gentleman through and through. Liked doing business with him and your finance officer. Thank you Irwin

very pleased

This is my third Hyundai and over the years I have visited 6 Hyundai dealerships. My experience with Irwin has been by far the best. It is apparent that Adham and Scott are well trained, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and respectful. I was impressed that they were willing to go above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is exemplary. I would definitely recommend the dealership

2017 Hyundai Elantra Purchase

Absolutely the best.

I have been an Irwin's customer since 2003 when I bought my first Toyota. This spring, only two years into a new loan, my Ford Focus was totaled on a patch of black ice. I was left with no car and no down payment, not a good situation. In addition my credit took a nosedive this year due to a variety of family financial problems. Finally in August I managed to come up with a nice down payment and hesitantly approached Irwin's. I was embarrassed by my miserable credit and nervous that I would be unable to get a car loan. I have to say that despite all that this was the best car buying experience I have had and that's really saying a lot because I have never had a bad experience at Irwin's. I walked through the showroom door and immediately received a warm welcome from Chip Wilkin (first day on the job!), who is first and foremost an extraordinary customer service specialist, and just happens to be a great car salesman. Chip is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and very helpful. He certainly de-stressed me and made the entire process very smooth. I was in the showroom on Thursday and driving my beautiful Tucson home on Friday. We are lucky to have a dealership like Irwin's right here in Laconia, and Irwin's is lucky to have Chip on their team. I won't do business anywhere else.
