Service is wonderful

Whenever my Toyota Tacoma needs service, I always take it to Irwin's Automotive Group service. I have had Bob Abbott as my service advisor several times, and he is polite, professional, and productive. Whatever the problem is or maintenance needed, I know that it will be taken care of properly.

Very Professional, Friendly; No Pressure

I normally hate going to dealerships. I've dealt with very shady dealers in the past and am generally very skeptical. Irwin was very professional and had great customer service from the beginning. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to test drive and dealt with Kristina until I could get in and look at it/drive it. She was responsive and friendly. When I showed up for the test drive I dealt with Adham Darwish. He was very nice and accommodating and I never got that pressure that you get at some dealerships. I was at the dealership after service hours and since the service department wouldn't be able to detail my car, Adham took 45 minutes to do it himself (with a certificate for a full detail by the service department) so I could take the car home that night. I researched costs for this and a couple other models throughout NH and Mass and Irwin routinely had the lowest prices. I live an hour away from Irwin and as I drive around now, I see tons of vehicles from Irwin... that to me says that people are willing drive up to Laconia to deal with Irwin even though they probably drive past a dozen other dealers that sell the same models! I would definitely recommend Irwin to friends.

Great car buying experience

If your looking for a Hyundai, make sure to stop by and talk to Adham Darwish. He made car shopping very, very easy. He is one of the most personable salesman that we dealt with during our car shopping experience. He is NOT pushy at all, explained everything. They did not have the color I wanted, so he got me the same deal, and found the exact SUV I wanted and in the color I wanted. GO SEE ADHAM!!

Regular Scheduled Service

I always bring my truck to Irwin because their service crew is the best. I've known Bob Abbott for over 5 years and he is great. He is friendly and very professional. He always has a smile for the customer and he really knows his stuff. I have also been helped by Gary and others over the years. The entire crew is awesome, and I never doubt the quality of the actual service either. Their mechanics and technicians are among the best. My only wish is that they could service my Harley too!

prefer not to

There were a number of questions that did not have applicable answers and survey would not let me continue without checking one of the provided answers. Not the best way to get a real accurate overview of our experience.

My new Toyota Yaris

I went to Irwin Toyota in hopes to get a more gas efficient vehicle. My dealer, Bob Travers, not only helped me find a vehicle that met all of my intentions, but he also worked with Toyota to get me a manageable financing plan. It was a pleasant experience that got me a great car for what I was looking for.

I drove almost 2 hours to get it right

I was downsizing and had my heart set on the AWD Chevy Captiva. Bob Travers knew I wanted to drive it home that day and he made it happen! I love my car

Service performed.

When I called to schedule service I was given an appointment the next day. My car was taken in immediately on arrival and the service time was very reasonable. Jim O'Keefe was a very pleasant young man and performed all the tests required. I would use him again.

Amazing service

We went to look for my first car and the process was so painless. We had Steve Dudley and he was friendly and social able. He made sure we got into a car that wasn't passed out budget and that it was safe for me. We told him what we wanted and he got exactly that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great service

I picked up a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma yesterday from Irwin Automotive Group. I was assisted by Scott Hayward and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get the vehicle in my price range and was very helpful. I would certainly recommend seeing Scott if you are planning on purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. I will certainly return to Irwins in the future.
