Bought another car

Just a note regarding Irwin, and one of their sales reps., Howard Cullen. The wife and I went there for an oil change, and wound up buying a car. Howard made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Joe Cormier

Excellent Staff and Service

Our 2006 Toyota Rav 4 was brought to Irwin's for excessive oil consumption and a State Inspection. Steve Barbour was the Service Advisor who we dealt with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and called us to let us know what was going on with the car. Steve also found three recalls on the vehicle which he had the technicians take care of, along with setting up an ongoing oil consumption test. There was also an exhaust leak and the muffler was replaced. The tire pressure light was extinguished and tire pressure reset. We are very happy with the exceptional service we received in the highly capable hands of Service Advisor Steve Barbour who in our experience was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is a great representative of Irwin Automotive Group. It goes without saying that we appreciate the excellent work done by the technicians who worked on the vehicle. We highly recommend Steve Barbour as Service Advisor and Irwin Automotive Group for your all service needs.

Great Experience!

My husband and I bought a 2007 Buick Lacrosse from Irwin Hyundai. Our sales person was Craig Johnson. We were immediately comfortable with him. He was more concerned with us finding a car that we would "fall in love with", than selling us something we couldn't afford. We definitely recommend visiting Irwin Automotive Group. It was a really nice experience, and not at all like some of the other dealers we visited closer to our home!

First visit at Irwin. Will go back again!

I initially went for a recall on my Santa Fe, then decided for an oil change while I was there. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I also had a problem with my blu tooth and Bob Cote and another Hyundai salesman came out to my car and fixed the glitch. If and when I decide to purchase a new Hyundai, I will definitely go to Irwin Automotive Group! Terry M.

Got just what I needed

Went in looking to get payments to a certain number along with get into two safe dependable cars. Had a great feeling when I left very happy. Only complaints were someone ate pizza and all there was in the customer lobby was hot dogs.
