Customer-first sales approach

I was looking for a specfic Ford F150 model and found it through Irwin's internet advertising. The dealership and sales person David DeGrace were not at all surprised by the fact that I was an out of state buyer located 4 hours from the dealership and clearly did that sort of transaction routinely. They were informed, courteous and followed up quickly at each stage of the sales process. My visit to the dealership was equally pleasant--vehicle was ready for a test drive, the paperwork was ready to go and the transaction was completed quickly. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of everyone at the dealership--a solid, customer-first approach that really showed.

A friend of mine had taken her Hyundai in for service on...

A friend of mine had taken her Hyundai in for service on 1/30/2014 and called me about a used Focus that Irwin had for sale. I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and every time I found one in my price range it had already been sold. This particular Focus had been sold but the deal fell through. Irwin allowed my friend to drive the Focus as a loaner while her car was being serviced so she could bring it to me to look at. I initially was hesitant as the last time I had been to Irwin looking at used cars the salesman acted as if I was bothering him so I left vowing not to return. I did agree to go to the dealer with my friend and after speaking with Frank Cacciatore I felt better about making the purchase. He was easy to deal with and understood my position. Even though he was unable to come down on the price he did give me a years worth of oil changes and roadside assistance. So far so good, the vehicle is sound and runs great. I appreciate the fact that I was treated with respect and genuine kindness. I will now recommend Irwins to anyone who is in need of a vehicle New or Used. Thank You Frank ! 2014 Toyota Tacoma purchase after a service cust

I have been a service customer of Irwins for a few years now. You may pay a bit more on the service-side as opposed to smaller garages but for some of the more technical issues with newer vehicles, I'll go to Irwins. The free shuttle is also makes it worth it! They did some factory recall work for me even though it was my father's Tundra that was not purchased at Irwins. The "service" really is service. I usually buy used with low mileage but we decided to buy a new 2014 Tacoma this time. I can be pretty ruthless in doing my homework and we shopped around at a lot of other dealers including using the on-line shopping/pricing services. I had them give me a quote and it was actually UNDER what was quoted from the services. So I shrugged my shoulders and said, "OK we have a deal". Nate Anderson was my sales rep and he was very proficient in getting the product-related answers and was not at all pushy. If the price is very close, I'd rather buy local anyway. We're a happy camper, no regrets in any way! And we got the best price even prior to arm twisting on my part.

Howard Cullen has been my sales person for 5 cars that should pretty much say it all. vary professional sales individual. Was not happy with Grappone Toyota their finance people really lost the deal for them.

Great experience at Irwins!!

I just purchased my third vehicle from Irwins. I've been a very happy customer for many years. My salesman, David Foster is excellent. He was never pushy with us and got us a great price on our new car. The service department is also excellent and I would recommend all my friends to visit Irwin Motors for service. The Manager, Ed Kelly, Is so nice. He helped us with a small problem with our '97 Camry. Thanks to Irwins, its still going strong!
