I had my 2019 Ford Edge serviced at Irwin Ford on...

I had my 2019 Ford Edge serviced at Irwin Ford on December 11th. I have been leasing my cars there since the late 1980’s. The sales and service departments are dependable and trustworthy. My regular service appointment yesterday was completed in a timely fashion, and the service representative was cordial and professional. In addition, the waiting area had been rearranged to ensure the safety and social distancing protection for each customer. Thanks to Howard Cullen, from whom I lease my cars, I had signed up for the FordPass app which provided me with the benefit of not having to pay for my oil change, tire rotation, etc.

Buying her first car.

We were helping a young family friend purchase a new vehicle; a Toyota Camry. From the start, Craig Lachapelle was awesome to work with. He was attentive to our needs and timeline, answered our questions quickly, and make the process an easy one. This is the second vehicle we've purchased in less than a year, with Craig's help. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I brought my Ford Escape in to Irwin Ford initially for a...

I brought my Ford Escape in to Irwin Ford initially for a recall on the door locks. They completed the inspection and did a check of my car also. I have known I would need tires soon. They explained that my tires definitely needed to be replaced soon . They gave me an estimate for 4tires with the completed recall paperwork. No pressure whatsoever! A week later after I read the estimate I called to make appt to get tires. I could not believe the great price and warranty I received. Ed was very knowledgeable and even applied for a rebate for me!! I am very happy with Irwin Ford and will return to them for any future needs for my Ford Escape.

Great service and prices are great too

Great experience purchasing with Irwin Toyota in Laconia, Howard was great to work with, even took the time to go through all the vehicle features with me which was amazing!

First off I would like to thank Chris Branch for the best...

First off I would like to thank Chris Branch for the best experience in the purchase of my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and almost always it was stressful but this time there was no stress at all Chris was easy to talk to and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely send my family and friends to see Chris for any purchase of a vehicle. Thanks Chris! I have found one thing that I’m extremely disappointed in is that a $40,000. Car does not come equipped with heated outside mirrors considering this car is sold in New England!
