Not a place to buy a car

Went to test drive a car there and really loved it but the sale representative did not want to negotiate the price. I loved the car so much that I will have walked out that night driving that car even with a few hudred dollars off but the sales rep did not want to work with me on the price. At the end of the visit he walked out of the cubicle and letf us there to leave by oursleves. Not a good experience!!!

I went into the dealership and purchased a mazda3 from lisa and kissy. They were easy to deal with and gave me a great price for the car and an awesome price on my trade in. Financing went smooth and I was very please with the serviced they provided.

No purchase yet

After searching their site I found a couple of cars that may suit my needs at a competitive price. Thus far, I have only inquired about a used Maxima. I was contacted promptly by Bojan and we have tried to arrange for a test drive but due to lousy weather conditions I haven't been in yet. Hopefully this week.

Excellent Customer Service and vehicles

I could not have asked for a better experience. I went in not even expecting to purchase a vehicle and Danny made it happened. Wonderful salesman, fair, great personality, knowledgable about all models. I didnt know what to expect but I felt so comfortable and safe in Danny's care. Im so happy to have met him, he made my dream a reality. I purchsed a 2011 CC and I love it!!!The process was smooth and painless. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable about services and products. I would reccomend anyone that is looking for a Volkswagento head right over to the AUTOBARN EVANSTON,IL ASAP!!!

I came to the Mazda Autobarn of Evanston after having a...

I came to the Mazda Autobarn of Evanston after having a less than pleasant experience with a Mazda dealer in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. I was highly recommended to see Michael Allegretti and was told he is the best salesman to speak to about buying a new Mazda. I went during my lunch hour on a Thursday, and when I walked out of the dealership an hour later, Michael and Lisa Freeman successfully managed to get me the best deal on the 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Awd that I was interested in buying. The next day during another lunch hour visit, Lisa's sister Kissy Freeman, finished up my papers and sent me on my way to the finance department. Katy Callinan, of the finance department, took care of my financing and helped me get the best financing rate and warranty package for my brand new Mazda. I have had my Mazda for a little over a week now and cannot thank all the people who helped me at the Mazda Autobarn of Evanston enough for getting me behind the wheel of my first Mazda. I give the Mazda Autobarn of Evanston a perfect score and would send anyone that I knew to the folks over there.

unprofessional people

I have looked at a car online at cars.com, chatted with the person online, I get a email the car is available then get a call from one of their sales people when can I come and test drive, the place 40 miles away from where I live, I spoke to the person I am on way, I get to facility with my family thinking of test driving the car, another person shows up and tells the person you are talking is busy with another customer, I said that;s ok, now this person tells shows me different car then what I was talking, she trying to convince me saying it is same model in different color, I had to leave the facility three hours wasted. I could have appreciated if they would have told me they sold the car night before. instead they lied to me, all the while telling the car will be ready for test drive by that time you reach our facility, I spoke to them three times before I came to their facility. Totally unprofessional people, please stay away from this dealership. if you can. I can't imagine so many positive reviews about this dealer, unless some insiders are writing the glowing reviews.

Best Dealership that I've visited!

Unfortunately, as a young, female, college student, many car dealerships do not take me seriously. I had shopped around at several locations for a new car before finding the Autobarn Nissan of Evanston. When arriving at the Autobarn, I finally encountered a dealer that treated me with respect. I worked with Bruce Wittmeyer at the Autobarn, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my car-shopping experience. Not only did Bruce treat me with professional respect, but he also helped me find the right car for me. Not once did I feel pressured or confused while buying my car. I was able to investigate automobiles at my leisure. When I decided to purchase a 2014 Nissan Versa SV, Bruce made the process extremely painless. This being my first new car, I did not know what to expect in terms of monthly cost, APR, or warranty coverage. Bruce clearly explained exactly what I was paying for, how much my payments would be, when I would have to pay my first bill, and how much I would pay overall on the car. I walked away satisfied with my purchase and prepared to undertake the responsibility of a brand new car. Bruce Wittmeyer and the entire staff at the Autobarn Nissan of Evanston were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in the market for a new or used car!!
