poor sales
We were working with one sales person for a week and a half about one of the corporate cars. We needed information about one of the features before purchasing and it took that long to get the answer. Went to see the car and possibly purchase after speaking to the salesperson earlier that day, after an hour drive and the car was not at the car was not at the dealership. Very unprofessional.

Excellent Customer Service
We purchased a new 2013 Mazda3 from the Autobarn. Both our salesperson Jusuf and the finance person Katy were excellent. The negotiation process went without any drama, Kathy very patiently explained the warranty options to my wife and me without being pushy. No surprises and we got the car at the price we wanted.I would highly recommend both Jusuf and Katy to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

Mazda Speed 3, Great Service!
OK here is my case: I bought a Mazda Speed 3 used about 6 months ago and it began spewing out white smoke. A few short conversations with some friends lead me to the obvious conclusion that the Turbo was leaking oil. Not good. I called up Mazda and spoke to John and he agreed that was probably the case. We checked and the drive train was covered under warranty. He explained that to get it covered by Mazda they would have to take it apart and take pictures and build a case to Mazda. I thought that I would be fine. About 4 or 5 days later John calls me back and lets me know that the turbo isn't the original turbo and on top of that it has the wrong downpipe from the exhaust manifold, the bolts that hold it on are wrong and stripped, the wrong cat, and the wrong O2 sensors on the assembly. I am thinking i am royally screwed. then john says that he talked to Mazda and explained to them that this was a new purchase for me and that I had no part in any of the tampering that was done. He not only go me a new turbo, but a new downpipe, new cat, new O2 sensors, and Mazda covered all of the labor with retapping the screws and all of the installation. John, Thank you for going to bat for me and thank you Mazda for coming through between the two a new Mazda customer has been created. I left amazed at the customer service and communication that John maintained throughout the entire ordeal.

Mazda CX 5
I was thinking of trading my Ford Escape in for a Mazda CX 5. I have never driven anything but Fords so this was a new experience for me. Ford stopped making manual transmissions and that's what I wanted. Ross Conlon was excellent! I really appreciated that he didn't pressure me, he was very knowledgable in the brand and I liked that he was younger. I would go back to the Autobarn and see Ross Conlon. Plus love this little truck!

Great experience withthe Freeman sisters
I went in on July 5th and saw the Freeman sisters (Lisa and Kissy). It was my first time buying a brand new car and I was a little scared and overwhelmed. They were awesome! Both sisters were very friendly and professional, and immediately put me at ease. I bought a 2013 Mazda2 and couldn't be happier. Also, Katy did all of the paper work and she was great too. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know!

Mario Grbavac was a fantastic salesman. He really helped me out purchasing my first vehicle. He was extremely educated on the car I was interested in and was personable. Mario really worked with me to try and get me the best deal possible. I would defiantly recommend him anyone looking to purchase a new car. However, I did not have the best experience with the financial area. Steve who works in the financial area was completely incompetent and has no idea what customer service means. He is a complete tool and should find another career. He disclosed personal information to one of my family members that he should have never been said. Real unprofessional...

i will never go back again
June 10, take the car back to Autobarn for the repair I do get a rental car and a $300 check for inconvenience for the time of the repair. Got the car back Friday it took a week for two speakers, invoice shows front speakers replace with alpine SPS-610 not a factory and rear speakers not addressed, also on invoice was a multi-point visual inspection, check tire pressures and set if needed and top fluids if needed. I check radio and it sounds better but the car came back a quart low of oil, that was a good (multi-point visual inspection). After a week the drivers side door panel has a rattle and becomes loose. I was lied to about level the car on the lot for 2 days had to drive 60 miles home with on insurance. Lied to about the warranty and what it covers. Lied to about the final piece of the car with fees. saleswoman - KIssy Freeman and Lisa Freeman sales manager Jonathan Sammons

Very Poor
Typical scam dealer. Keeps a car listed on the internet that is a great deal that sold weeks or months ago. Called to see if the car was in stock and told yes, and of course when I arrive at the dealership 2 hours later, it was sold last week. Buyer beware
