McGrath Honda, Elgin, has always gone above and beyond.

McGrath Honda, Elgin, has always gone above and beyond. I have worked with other McGrath locations but Elgin demonstrates a higher level of customer empathy and consultative approach when working to resolve life’s car problems. Times like these are stressful but with the Elgin, it makes car repairs more bearable as much as they are disliked.

Clean and efficiently ran. Staff helpful and attentive to detail. However this survey demanding 15 words is very annoying

This service was for my initial oil change and tire

This service was for my initial oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled service on my Hondalink app, which was very simple. I waited for my vehicle while the service was performed, it was completed in the time that was estimated to me. Also in that time a complete vehicle inspection and car wash was done.
