I was there looking for a new car on july 3rd, the sales people were really good convincing me to buy an used car even when I was looking for a brand new, they told me that the car that they were offering me didn't have a crash before and that's a lie cause I saw something weird on the passenger door so I took it to the budyshop and they did confirm it was involve in a crash before, I called them to let them know and they just said give me a few minutes I will call you back and I still waiting for they're call. I told them about a previous bad experience with another dealer and they said we don't lie to our customers but I see they do they just care about the money cause now they don't give the same attention like the day of the purchase, they don't think that we can recomend them to our friends and make more sales.

I had The Works Oil Change Service. The wok on my car was completed in a very timely manner. There was a comfortable waiting area.

The worst customer service and starts from the top
This was the worst customer service experience I have had a long time. Was supposed to have a plate bracket for a vehicle I purchased ordered for me on March 29th. I signed on the dotted line and they just pretended like I didn't exist after numerous emails that claim they didn't get, well I still have them saved if anyone cares to see them. Also numerous calls I barely get this taken care of on May 12th and that is because I demanded it. Spoke to the GM if that is what he wants to call himself. "All I can do is apologize it wasn't all the sales person fault the parts department messed up too." That isn't an apology! I shouldn't have to explain the fact that all falls under Metro Ford's fault so why is my time and efforts being the one that has to be utilized to resolve your short falls? There is something called empathy in customer service please learn it and learn from your mistakes. It will cost you good customers like myself who will never do business here again. I hope this review is helpful if you have the opportunity please shop elsewhere they only care about money not about following through on promises.

Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they were supposed to order a plate bracket to mount my front plate on the vehicle. It took over 40 days numerous emails that went unanswered and calls that ended in we will call you back and that never happened. When issue was brought up to the GM who also doesn't answer his email he shifted blame to other departments and gave a halfhearted at best apology. Don't waste your hard earned money here they don't care about the most you only about how much money you will give them. Will never return and will tell everyone I encounter to not do business with terrible organization.

Customer Service at it’s Finest!
I experienced the abs brake light on . Needed a new sensor, Metro Ford mechanic went right to the source and got me rolling again.

Ford Service
Took my new used ford into Metro Ford for service. I had a recall that needed to be done and I had a problem with a check engine light and loss of power steering. They figured out the problems and completed work quickly and efficiently. Jason was my service rep.
