Always a good and pleasant experience

I have done business with Metro Ford for the last 25 years be it buying a car or servicing my vehicle. My experiences with Metro have always been pleasantly done with professionalism and fairness be through a purchase or service. The people at Metro are courteous, fair-minded and they own their stuff by being attentive to their customers needs. It is a rare occasion if I did not come away satisfied.

last year I left a good review but this time I am so...

last year I left a good review but this time I am so disappointed, Jason was below expectations and I did not feel you guys care about safety. I asked Jason to check a couple of things on my car, his response to everything is if you want is to check you have to pay upfront. So nothing got checked a water leak on my trunk, the weird noise coming out from the a/c.. didn't get my wheels rotated because according to you guys the nuts where so tightened and if I wanted I had to pay another $130. The clutch was still under warranty and I mention to Jason a weird noise like last year and he said is all good, like when I asked him to check my filter and he said the filter was still good. Seriously? I haven’t change the filter in two years. So basically I paid for the works just to change my oil and a sensor, everything else was not checked and Jason didn’t even cared to return my last call. Thanks for wasting my time

GREAT SERVICE

Planning a long road trip so I requested a thorough check and I'm glad we did they advised me of service my old Ford Taurus needed we agreed. The work was done in a timely and quality manner.

Customer Satisfaction Program 19B37, Oil Change

I like Metro Ford they take appointments and don’t have wait on first come basis, they did my oil change and Customer Satisfaction Program which was done in a timely matter everyone is friendly, I recommend this facility.

truck sevice

the sevice was good but the time is not now that is so busy so make sure you have appintment 3 1/2 hour just for oil change.
