Goss Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep

I was shopping for a new Ram 2500. Goss was not the first dealer I had visited but was the last. Next time it will be the 1st! Neill Burgess made the buying experience very pleasant and I will definitely call him the next time I am shopping.

This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Goss Dodge and the most pleasurable experience doing so. Why was this the best experience?? Due to my salesman, Paul Poltz. His knowledge and love for dodge is top notch! Paul made this buying process really simple, making sure that all of my needs were met. Paul is not your typical pushy lets get you into this vehicle now type of salesman. Paul was personable and let take the time I needed to make a decision. The rest of the sales and finance team at Goss made me feel welcome while the transaction process was happening. Wow, is the only word I can think of. I'm without words to describe how impressed I am. Paul poltzs is a great guy to get a new or used car from. Not only does he not b.s you when you ask about something. He is a guy that has many story's and always makes a smile on your face. I recrememded anyone if they are shopping for a new or used car. Thank you Steven LaClaire and Goss Dodge for getting me into a sweet new to me Chrysler 200. The whole experience was quick and painless and required little effort on my part. Steven took the time to find out what my needs were, directed me to specific places on the Goss website to provide them with info on my trade and financing, provided a list of options from their expansive inventory. I chose my two favorites and we made an appointment for later in the day convenient for me. Within about 90 minutes I had done a test drive, made a decision, had my trade evaluated (even got a little more then anticipated), signed paperwork and was on my way! No sales pressure AT ALL!
