I really appreciated Ali's assistance in finding a vehicle that worked for me and my budget. I had a Corolla and buying a new one was a great choice. I really like the new features and the continued feeling of safety and reliability. Ali explained all the new features and helped me sync my phone with the Bluetooth feature. Thanks for great customer service!

I had a great experience with Ali and the staff at Handy Toyota. I searched their inventory of vehicles online, and was able to walk away with the exact vehicle I wanted. Ali was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially with this being my first new car purchase.

When my Toyota Yaris was rear ended at a stop light and...

When my Toyota Yaris was rear ended at a stop light and totaled, I called Tom Young to ask him for a ball park figure of what My Yaris might have been worth at that point. Tom was very helpful and though he was about to leave on a scheduled vacation, he took the time to walk me through what I might expect to encounter regarding the insurance company so I would understand what and how they would evaluate the totaled vehicle and he gave me an idea of the inventory on the Handy lot so I could begin contemplating my next vehicle. When it came time to buy another vehicle I was deliberate about coming to Handy and to work with Tom directly because my experience with both in the past had been so positive, and the service center has always been, cheerful, informative and efficient and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need as I have seen at other service centers. Tom in sales has always made time to acknowledge me and chat a while even if I am only there for service of my vehicle. I did a lot of research before I settled on buying another Toyota. My Yaris was only 2 years old at the time of the accident, and getting into another big car payment was not appealing. What WAS appealing was looking at how the vehicle was designed. I was so impressed with how the Yaris took a 40 plus MPH hit from behind that as soon as I managed to maneuver the totaled vehicle into a bus stop lane the first thing I did was feel the seat sides with my elbows and say "cool!" Brilliant design and it did make a big difference in how severe the whip lash was ( or wasn't in this case ). Even the rear seat passengers had there been any, would not have been crushed. I have seen in detail a Corrola that was in a head on collision and was equally impressed with the way the vehicle was designed to absorb the impact. Tom walked through the Handy lot with me on more than one occasion in the bitter cold, explaining features and answering my questions. He stayed late more than once including the day I purchased. He took the time to explain to me the features of my new vehicle and even got my complimentary coffee mug after almost every one else had gone home. How's that for more than 25 words? Many thanks to all. I am enjoying my new Rav.

We were originally browsing pricing on a new Tundra. Adam introduced us to John and after going over which vehicle of ours to trade in, it was a no brainer to trade in my vehicle which I was upside down in. John was helpful explaining how buying vs. leasing works and we determined that leasing to get rid of the negative equity from my vehicle was the best way to go. He showed us different options for what we could lease that would be within our price range and helped us to be comfortable and confident in our decision. We decided to go with a Venza and will purchase a Tundra in the near future. Overall John was exceptional to work with and was up front and honest about our options. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Our experience with the dealership as a whole was excellent. Warm friendly faces and exceptional knowledge.

I found this dealership to be more than helpful. I was interested in a used vehicle with not too many miles on it. The salesman, Mrl Jacques showed me two vehicles, explained all their functions and recommended that I try each of them which I did and found one of the vehicoe to be much to my liking and purchased it. At no time was there anh pressure for me to purchase a new vehicole or a vehicle of another model. The tansaction was handled with ease. I wouod and have recommended this dealersip to friends.
