Bought a New Sequoia & Tundra

This was a quick, professional, and painless experience. I called in the morning to double check if their website was correct, to see if they had the 3 cars i wanted to test drive. I met with Ali Kamal. He was very friendly & helpful. He explained all the details & answered all my questions. When my husband and I decided to buy a new Tundra and Sequoia, it was an easy & exciting deal. Reg helped me finalize our deal, and off I drove! I am looking forward to getting our new cars serviced at Handy's. Originally when we were looking at cars, I wanted to use Heritage Toyota because of the location, and that's where I bought my old 4Runner. Handy's had better a selection, and don't mind driving the extra 10-15 minutes for future services, especially since they have such a great service plan. Basically 2 years free! I really felt like I was being treated like a good friend or family member by all the Handy members.

The way it should be with all dealerships!

I was looking for a Tundra crewmax Platinum . Handy was the only dealer in Hundreds of miles to have some 2013 and 2014S. I found the truck I wanted and they worked a deal I couldn't refuse. The whole process took very little time and there was no pressure or haggling. I will be returning to buy my next vehicle here

2012 Toyota Camry

I had an excellent experience looking for and purchasing a Toyota Corolla. Wade McDonald , Jordyn, Sam and Adam were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. Wade McDonald was our salesman and he helped us choose the best car for our needs. Very pleased with our 2012 Toyota Camry with low mileage and a great price.

Another excellent experience

Our lease was almost up on our Subaru and my husband was getting a job that would require him to make a long daily commute so we knew we needed to get into a fuel efficient vehicle. I contacted JT at Handy's to see what they had for used Prius'. We had worked with him to get our new Sienna in the fall and based on that excellent experience we knew we would go back to Handy's for any future vehicle purchases. JT kept a look out for us until the perfect fit became available. When a 2010 Prius was traded in and became available JT contacted us right away before any one else could purchase this vehicle and we test drove it. After just a bit of comparison shopping there was no question that we should work with Handy's again. Their fairness and excellent pricing make working with them a definite. Thanks JT and everyone at Handy's!

I had tje nest experience vuying my new Truck JT was outstanding in eplaining everything and made us feel welcome I would definatly go back it i need another vehicle and will let everyone know of my great experience...

You Rock!

I was comparison shopping and called Handy and talked to John T. ("JT"). I do not enjoy the car-buying experience, usually, because sales people don't seem to hear what I am saying. I told John straight up that I wanted the best price they could do on two Tacomas, and gave him the details on the vehicles we would be trading in. I told him what we wanted and more importantly, what we DID NOT want (bells and whistles I have no interest in paying for.) John took the info and in about 15-20 minutes, I had a detailed email back with best price, copies of the window stickers, and all the numbers, spelled out, as to trade-in, price markdown, etc. I was shocked that not only did this come back so fast (on two trucks that were exactly what we wanted) but the numbers were SO in the ball park, without even having a hassle!! We picked up our trucks today - Good Friday!! A Good Friday, indeed!! Thanks John and all the folks at Handy!!

Great Experience!

I don't enjoy the car-buying experience at all (usually) because no one seems to hear me and they keep talking past me. But JT at Handy took my call, took it in stride when I told him exactly what we wanted (2 Tacomas), told him what we were trading, AND more importantly, what we DID NOT want (as in bells and whistles I'm not interested in having or having to pay for.) In less than 20 minutes I had an email detailing the trade-in offer on both vehicles, bottom-line price on the trucks, plus window stickers showing every option the trucks came with. How could that get any easier?! The numbers were great, the trade-in a bit above other dealers (without me having to hassle), and voila...sale done! We picked up the trucks today (on Good Friday) - a good Friday, indeed! Thanks to everyone at Handy!
