Crowley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I visited the dealership this past weekend. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I met a sales consulant and talked about what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and we took one for a test drive. When we got back he took down some additional information and went to work with the sales manager. The sales manager came out and we discussed the numbers. I informed them that I wanted to think about it and would be back the next day to put a deposit down as they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, but would be willing to get it for me. When I returned the following evening, I walked into the showroom and it was quite busy, but there were some employees that were sitting and talking to each other. So I walked out and looked around at a few vehicles. After a few minutes, I went back into the showroom and there were some additional employees hanging around and talking to each other. Since nobody bothered to greet me or ask if there was anything I was looking for, I walked out and called the sales manager. I left him a voice mail (since he was with a customer) explaining the lack of customer service and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am glad that this happened because I was able to find another dealership that offers much better customer service than what Crowley displayed that evening. I have told my friends and family about the experience that I had there and that I will never go back there for a vehicle.

This is a dealership that is true its word. If they can get me into a car they can get anyone into a car. I was about to go in one day and have a beautiful used car two days later.

Very Friendly every employee that I spoke to offered help and a warm friendly smile. With no pressure to buy when i asked to test drive a car. When the test drive was over no hight sales pitch. They respected my time and respected that Ill be looking more seriosly in July

mark was very accomodating. all associates were nice and processed our paperwork quickley. I would recommend Mark and the dealership to all friends and family.

They provided excellent service, there was quick follow up. Technicians did a great job, Car worked perfectly. No issues after the work was completed, right the first time.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the of the employees from the greeter to the finance people. They were very accomadating from test rides to making appointments that were convenient to us. There is no doubt that we will recommend them to our friends and family and when the need arises we will return to Crowley.

the entire staff was attentive and professional, they went above and beyond and even mananged to ensure that the side boards which origianlly the vehicle did not have got on before we left with our new vehicle-cannot wait to buy another car there-Mark and Tom you are the best

I was very pleased with everyone who worked with me at the dealership including the Sales Manager, Kevin Westcott and the financial closing personnel. I would definitely recommend Crowley to anyone who was in the market for a new vehicle and I will.

the service was very friendly,they forgot to do a few things when i picked up my new ram 1500,like install the wheel locks,remove protective coating from rear bumper. they did take care of this,after i pointed it out,but after dealer prep.you think this would have been done.

Like always this dealer does not like warranty work three time my jeep want in for service and this is not under warranty but three want to a other jeep dealer and its covered poor mechanical service performance by Crowley again and does not work with customer to help find the low cost to help the customer just do not deal with this dealer
