Miquel was great. He’s a straight shooter, both my husband and I walked out with new cars! Such a great experience. Joel was also very easy to work with.
Bought crv
Thought things went well for most of the buying process. Just felt like once the car was bought, felt forgotten. Miguel and Charles were awesome with their presence and assistance. Car was supposed to be detailed and wasn't. Crumbs in floor and rear of car.
Inspector
Asked Tyler Mills about cleaning the dashboard twice and got NO answer. The car was suppose to be washed after serving, was not done. A little disappointed with those results.

Hoffman is always able to get you in quickly and do the needed service in a timely manner. They are friendly, accommodating and only perform the needed services. we bought our Crosstour there in 2010 and continue to service it there.
