Jennifer was extremely helpful, in getting our recalled fuel pump tested. She managed to get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and notified us immediately after the work was done. It was one of the best experiences I have had with the service department.

Purchased the vehicle at this dealership and it went
Purchased the vehicle at this dealership and it went well. Service on the other hand was the worst I have ever experienced. The main reason for this is the lack of trust, they lied right to my face. I brought the vehicle in for rountine maintenance and was flat out lied to that my tires were rotated which was part of why I brought the vehicle that day. After getting the car back I noticed that the tires were not rotated. How I know this is that three days prior I got a flat tire in my right rear tire and had to purchase a new tire. When I walked around the vehicle after service, the new tire was in the exact same position after being told they were rotated. Unfortunately I will never purchase or get my vehicles serviced there again. What else are they lying to me about, I have lost all trust. If you use them be very Leary.

Very satisfied with experience at Hoffman Honda. Ana Gremli was very helpful with a quick transaction, and made it as enjoyable as a dealership visit can be. They treated my $15k purchase like i was buying a $50k car, which is very appreciated.

Kristina is the top of the line service advisor at Hoffman Honda. First she comes out to the garage to greet me when I arrive for the appt. After the inspection she brings me to her office And explains what needs to be done and why. She comes out and lets me know How the work is progressing snd the timeline. I like working with her She Is thorough and very pleasant. I give her A 10 rating.

Kyle was great start to finish!
Kyle was great start to finish! I pulled into the bay and he looked up with a big smile. Kyle explained what were the service recommendations. I also shared that a family member went to the hospital and needed to be in and out quickly which was done. Kyle shared he was a recent hire. I hope he is recognized for great customer service. Wouldn't take coupon for oil change after telling me they would. Recommended lots of other things to try to get me to spend money. Didn't seem trustworthy. Lacking honesty and communication.
