Purchase my Accord from Hoffman a number of years back.

Purchase my Accord from Hoffman a number of years back. They have done the scheduled oil changes ever since. Went in today and Patrick was the service rep for the oil change. He got me in and out relatively quickly for such a busy day there. He is an affable man and was very pleasant in completing the requisite paperwork. I forgot to mention to him that I had an email from Hoffman for 15% off. Although everything was completed, he went back into the computer to give me the reduced price. He did it with a smile and I left with a fist bump. They are always great with their service and Patrick represents the very best of Hoffman. Just want to say again, Thank You!

Kristina has always gone above and beyond to help me

Kristina has always gone above and beyond to help me service my 1998 Accord (yep 1998). She has always referred to my car as "your purple people eater". She has helped me from an unknown electrical short, to radiator and break problem to axle leaks. She has always been on the lookout to keep the cost low and gotten discounts that I did not know existed. She has ben over backwards to get me in and have it looked at and repaired rapidly. She talked to me like someone mourning over a dying dog when she said fixing it was more than it was worth! I just replaced it with a used VR-v and because of Kristina, Hoffman will be the only place that services it!

Service from Kristina awesome shout out to her and the whole team here! Very nice gentleman as well who has been there since I’ve been driving the past couple years. Car problems can be stressful but I’ve always had positive experiences with Hoffman Honda Avon. The body shop for collision’s also helps give excellent customer care. Appreciate this place.

My catalytic converter needed to be replaced.

My catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Jennifer told me it was still under warranty, I had 108k on my 2015 accord. Truly an honest dealership that looks out for their customers. I would have had to pay a lot of money somewhere else to get it done. Jennifer was nice enough to apply coupons for my wheel balance and oil change. I may not have the best experience with my Honda accord as a car ., but the maintenance experience at Hoffman Honda made it a pleasant and manageable. I would recommend servicing your car at Hoffman Honda even to get a second opinion. Honest mechanics especially at a dealership are hard to come by and when you find one , it is like winning the lottery.
