Honda on Grand

Tom Kosorog was easy to deal with. He worked out a great price for us. The Honda Civic Hatchback was a perfect car us. Honest and straight forward salesman.

I always receive excellent service from David, in the Service Department. Makes sure that I know what service they will perform and follows up with me. Always calls to my attention any other items that need to be performed like replacing dirty air filters.

I will recommend the dealer, however I never heard back from the associate that was supposed to get back to me about the part that was ordered for my car to get fixed. I paid for it in advance it’s basically right at a week later and I haven’t heard anything at all
