We recently turned in our Camry lease and had the pleasure of working with Hatim. He was wonderful to work with and followed through with everything on his end. I met Hatim through a co worker I was working thinking about purchasing a new vehicle cause old one was not doing so great my co worker tells me he knows somebody he gives me Hatims business card I give him a call he sets me up with a time that's convenient for me myself and my fiance already knew what we wanted he made it easy for us to purchase and drive away that same day. We met Hatim Yousef by accident. Our original salesman was out on medical disability. Hatim treated us as if we were family. Any questions or any problem he handled in a truly professional manner. He took his time with my wife's many questions. He went over and above to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new auto purchase. Hatim will handle our new car needs in the future. I met Hatim at Colonial Toyota in May when I was just "shopping". When I decided I was ready to purchase a vehicle in October, I went back to Hatim. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and friendly. I test drove the Rav4 for the second time on a Saturday afternoon in October and Hatim made it possible for me to drive out in my new vehicle that day. I have just purchased a beautiful 2010 Toyota Camry XLE from Colonial Toyota and more importantly, the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, Hatim Yousef. I'm 60 years old and believe me, I've bought and dealt with a lot of cars and dealers.From Marc in internet sales and finally the whole Colonial team, I've never been more impressed with the staff and facility. They were able to help me with my financing woes and got me a great help at a decent rate! For all you people out there that have been mulling over BHPH dealerships, forget about it. We are loyal Toyota owners, but didn't have a connection to any specific dealer. Our first stop to shop for a new car was at Colonial Toyota where we were helped by Hatim Yousef. He took us on several test drives and answered all of our questions. He was very patient, knowledgeable and there was not one bit of pressure to make a decision on the spot. We didn't settle on a car, wanting to do some comparison shopping. We ultimately did end up back at Colonial and Yatim worked with us to get the best price for the car we wanted.
