It was a pleasure going to Curran in Stratford. Chris is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Atlas cross over SUVtook about 2 days. I love my atlas.

No nonsense, easy, transparent transaction

Purchased a used car from Curran and the experience was a significant improvement from my recent past experiences with dealerships. Chris, Barbara, and Darius were all professional and a pleasure to work with. Truly no nonsense -- it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Traveled a significant distance to buy from Curran and would do so again.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had buying...

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car. The first time I went to the dealership, I found the car I wanted and was ready to pay cash, but just because BARBARA was not working I couldnt buy a car. That sounds ridiculous to me. I went to dealership 3 times and Barbara was giving still giving me a hard time. When we were finally on the last step Barbara told me, "You guys are driving me crazy!" I am not sure how I am the on paying for a car and Im driving Barbara crazy. This place lacked a lot of customer service and the owner should consider visiting his dealership to see how his employees are treating their customers.

Hello Lorreine. Barbara, our finance manager, was off on the day that Lorreine purchased her vehicle. You must meet with a finance manager to complete paperwork before leaving with the vehicle. The day after Lorreine's purchase, Barbara reached out to her via phone to verify info on her credit application. During the phone call, Lorreine informed her that she was already outside the dealership waiting, even though her paperwork had not been processed yet and we had not called her informing the vehicle was ready. This was the first time she showed up after purchasing the vehicle. Barbara informed her during this call that she was going to call her back with the results of her credit application before the end of the day. After processing Lorreine's application, Barbara called her back and informed Lorreine of her options, and asked her to call us back with her decision so we could schedule pickup time and prepare her car. Lorreine was supposed to call us and tell us what her final decision was, however, the next morning, she showed up expecting to take the car immediately, without calling us with her decision, and without a bank check. During this interaction, we reminded her that we were waiting to hear from her regarding her decision and to schedule an appointment. We then scheduled a pickup time with her and asked her to return at that time with a bank check. After we scheduled the appointment, she arrived over an hour late to her appointment, which forced us to have to take the next customer picking up their vehicle, since we could not keep them waiting for that long. Our finance manager Barbara has been working at Curran Volkswagen for over 13 years because of her outstanding customer service. Great experience. Easy and very happy with car, price, and friendly staff. Sean even took the time to give me full tour of car features - which is rare when buying a used car. Nice!
