Found a great car thanks to Ed
I came to George Harte Infiniti to service my 2003 G-35 Coupe in early July. While waiting for my car, one of the Sales Consultants, Ed Mayzler showed me some 2012-2013 G-37 Coupes. Ed was very helpful and explained to me all the benefits and advantages of trading up to a low mileage, pre-owned Infiniti G-37 Coupe. I returned a few days later and went for a test drive with Ed in a 2013 Liquid Platinum G-37XS. I decided to get it and I want to thank Ed for helping me with my selection and for being so informative and knowledgeable. Ed is an asset to your dealership. Great job! Fantastic Experience
My new Infiniti is the best purchase I've ever made, second to my house (and maybe my closet full of shoes). I desperately needed a car because my car died suddenly. After towing my car to the reliable service department at Harte Infiniti for a diagnosis, George Blackwell, the service manager, referred me to Matt Frattaroli to help me explore my options and decide whether to keep my existing car or purchase a new or pre-owned one. Matt was incredibly attentive, clear and informative. He answered my relentless questions and after taking me for test drives and explaining the features of the car, Matt encouraged me to drive it for the day, I fell in love with the car! And I am so grateful to Matt and the Harte dealership fort their trustworthiness and for turning my disaster into a great experience.

Wonderfull experience
Just purchased a pre-owned FX35 and dealt with Henley Germain, the salesperson. He came in on his day-off to help me with my purchase. He even got me two free oil change as part of my deal.

New Infinity Car Buying Experience
I have purchased many car in my past and this experience rates to be my "best". I have been an Acura person for the last 14 years but was dissatisfied with the new Acura TLX model. I've been noticing the quality and design features with Infinity and decided to investigate Hart Infinity. I spoke with the General Manager, Igor and he introduced me to my salesperson, Matt Frattarolli. Matt had an easy going personality and was easy to work with to get the right deal. There is alway some pressure but when you negotiate the right price, it make it easier to deal with. They introduced me to the Service Manager, George and I'm sure to be impressed with the service department too. I can't say enough positive thing about this dealership. I took possession of my new Q-50 and love my new ride.

Very rude management
I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism possessed by the manager. He was very condescending and rude. Worst experience ever at a dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Very satisfied with my experience at George Hart
Having just recently bought a new 2015 Q50 this past weekend, I am very satisfied with both my purchase, the value of my purchase and the salesman who I dealt with, Edward Mayzler. Edward was patient and took a lot of time helping me find the right fit for a car for me. Being new to Infiniti, I had a lot of questions about some of the features that Infiniti offered in their vehicles and we went over them all indivually to make sure I understand what I was buying, so that nothing was wasted on things I didn't need. Additionally, Edward has been in contact since the buy as well making sure my car has been running well, and that I'm still satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be returning to George Hart Infiniti when it is time for me to buy a new car.

Great
Henley did an excellent job with assisting me in leasing my car. This is by far the best experience that I have had with the George Harte brand and buying a car. They worked with me with trading in my 2013 Nissan Maxima and getting me the deal I wanted for the Q50 and a few special request that I had. I would highly recommend this dealership and Henely. Very fast and efficient, I am completely satisfied!

Best new car purchase experience EVER!!!
Best new car purchase experience EVER at Harte Infiniti in West Haven, CT. Bought my 2015 Q50 in less than 2 hours. My salesman Rich Yonkers was very courteous. Also, he was exceptionally professional and well-informed. No high pressure tactics applied, just very patient throughout the process. Rich knows his product inside and out which is why all my questions were answered effortlessly. If you are looking for new car give Rich a call, you will have a great experience.
