I cannot get over the deal we received at Blasius...

I cannot get over the deal we received at Blasius Chevrolet. Our salesman worked with us within our budget and type!! The price was unmatched and the truck is perfect! Thank you James and Blasius for making us so happy!!

This was the second car we bought from Blasius. Dan Hass was super helpful and patient in helping us find the right car to fit our family’s needs and budget. They have an enormous selection and make the entire process as pain free as possible. We will continue to recommend Blasius to anyone looking for a car!

Horrible customer service. Going on my 3rd temporary...

Horrible customer service. Going on my 3rd temporary plate now because they failed to register my vehicle. Constantly have to remind them when MY temp plate is expiring and I still have to wait to get it replaced. Wish I could take my business back from this place. Will not be recommending to anyone I know.

We understand your frustration, Tyler, and regret the time it has taken to obtain your registration. As this is an out-of-state sale, we rely on a nationwide registry to handle these. Normally these run very smoothly but we have clearly dropped the ball in your case. We are determined to correct that immediately and will hand deliver the new plates to you as soon as we receive them. We extend our apologies for this delay.

Stay away from this dealership !!!!!

I recently had tires put on my vehicle at this dealership and I had an experience that was basically a nightmare. After scheduling a 8:00 am appointment I found myself sitting around till 10:30 til they actually started working on my vehicle. Then after asking about the progress of my installation I was treated to disrespectful comments such as “it will be ready when it’s ready”. I purposely made an early appoint because I had plans for later that afternoon. I was assured it would only be a couple of hours. Why do you make an appointment for 8 and then not get to it till 10:30? It’s that cocky f u attitude that gives dealerships a bad name. I spent a lot of money there and was treated with great disrespect. Then to top it off, I just got thru trying to put new brakes on my vehicle only to find out they stripped 6 lug nuts on my tires by cross threading them!!! I had to replace them and the lugs nuts at a cost to me. This outrageous incompetence in addition to the disrespectful behavior of the service staff is why I say “STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP”. Unless you like incompetent service and being disrespected. I do Not

While we are not pleased with a number of aspects of your review, we appreciate you commenting on them as a whole. Our Service Department does get very busy at times and while we do not condone the time you waited for your vehicle, we acknowledge that this is an unfortunate occurrence on occasion. We are particularly concerned about the response you have indicated you received from one of our staff – this was clearly not acceptable and we apologize for that and can only hope that we may have a chance in the future to show that this was an exception to the normal experience.

Great Experience

Visiting the dealership with my son to purchase as used car. Had the pleasure of meeting James Cianciolo. He provided us with the most relaxing non-pressued experience in car buying I have ever had. I purchased the car and will definitely return to James for the next purchase.

Great Experience

The ease of service was remarkable. I stated to Mike that I was an out of state customer that had been searching for a charger that was in stock. After an exchange of timely emails and calls the Charger was ready to go upon my arrival and was able to take home in less than 4 hours! Thanks for all the consideration of a customer who.is out of state and making sure all is well upon arrival!
