Went to this dealership, as well as their other location

Went to this dealership, as well as their other location in Brookfield, Connecticut (Blasius Mitsubishi) for two similar vehicles, and they were not willing to negotiate the price at all from the sticker price and also included “add ons” for $2097 on the estimate.... Shady dealerships and they had no problem with letting me walk out. So much for trying to gain a new potential customer’s business. I will not give them the satisfaction!

The sales manager Steve and Jimmy accused me of trying to

The sales manager Steve and Jimmy accused me of trying to commit fraud because I asked for a discount on a Tesla. Told them I would only buy the Tesla if it qualified for the ev tax credit then they told me I was looking to falsify documents. I wish I was making this up. The sales manager Jimmy wasn’t any better. Kept telling him I would only buy the car if it qualified too and he kept sending me proposals with xxxxxxxxx fees. These people are rude, unprofessional, scam artists, and does not deserve your or my business. I wish I was kidding.

We honestly wish you were kidding as well. We sincerely apologize if there was a misunderstanding, but from our side of the conversation, we were not comfortable proceeding along the path it appeared in our minds to be heading. We are the furthest thing from “scam artists”. Rather, in our eyes we were trying to prevent just that. It is true that you asked for a discount. But when we were unwilling to provide any further discount on this vehicle, we were also not anxious to massage any numbers to qualify for the EV credit. Again, if the exchange was totally misinterpreted from our end, we duly apologize, but we felt it better to err on the side of caution.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Cadillac Lyriq from Blasius Cadillac. Despite having researched the vehicle extensively through YouTube videos, sales representative Rich Noble took the time to thoroughly explain every detail during my test drive, ensuring I fully understood all the features. When I arrived late due to travel delays from Boston and a previous dealership appointment, the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible with my schedule. The pricing process was refreshingly transparent—we negotiated the complete out-the-door price entirely through email with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Most impressively, they coordinated with the Massachusetts RMV and delivered my vehicle directly to my home with plates and registration paperwork already completed, saving me an additional trip back to the dealership. Blasius Cadillac demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Dealership did an excellent job competitively pricing the contract and Frank Prusinowski was a very attentive Dealer Representative, completely and timely in his response , attentive to detail, and focused always on my personal concerns which he resolved. Mike Silver was excellent on delivery and explanation of the car workings. I am excited about my Cadillac LYRIQ.

Service dept is a joke.

Service dept is a joke. I recently brought my 2016 Cadillac ATS in to check on a CEL and do an oil change. They told me that I needed $1800 worth of front and rear brake work. Note that I did not ask them to look at my brakes, and 4 months earlier I had just myself replaced the rear brake pads and examined and found the front pads to be nowhere near needing replacement. The best part is that 3 weeks later I take my car in to Town Fair Tire to check on a TPMS light, only to discover that when Blasius "checked" my brakes, they swapped my wheels, so that my wider rear wheels were now on the front of the car. This is the final straw for me after years of issues including a broken side skirt on my brand new Z06 Corvette, greasy fingerprints on windows and interior, forgetting to reinstall the chrome engine caps (instead left it on my windshield cowl) after an oil change, as well as sand and rocks on my carpet. I am DONE with this dealership!

I needed a ride to the dealership no one would give me a

I needed a ride to the dealership no one would give me a ride to pick me up and give me a three and a half mile ride. Shame on them. Thank God I have Sibbys automotive to have the car serviced

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience, Michael. It is not clear to us by your comments if you were requesting shuttle service for a vehicle repair or simply a ride to come look at a vehicle. We do offer shuttle service for our Service Department. It is not very common for someone to request a ride to come see a vehicle for purchase, but that wouldn't necessarily preclude us from doing so depending on the circumstances.
