BEST EXPERIENCE IN MY CAR BUYING HISTORY!

I am a 63 year old male who has bought numerous vehicles both new and used during my lifetime. Approximately 5 years ago through my brother in law I learned about Blasius Chevrolet in Waterbury. I was looking for a certain vehicle and met Jason Rodriguez at the dealership. That was the first time I could say buying a vehicle was a smooth enjoyable experience. Since that time myself, family and friends have purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Jay and each experience was a 10. What I found was nothing but a staff of courteous individuals who would help in any way they can and at times offering help above and beyond what you would expect. If your looking for a vehicle I would recommend to anyone to visit Blasius Cadillac Chevy if you are looking for complete satisfaction in your car buying experience.

conscientious, hardworking, cares about the custom

After many months of my SUV being in the shop the problem was finally resolved and I now can drive my SUV without worrying that I will be stuck on the side of the road

Exceptional Service

Smooth sailing all the way. Car was checked in with no problem. I received a call that car was ready. I picked up my car which was ready and waiting.

Chev. recall

I came to Blasius Chevrolet to have my 2011 Chev. Camaro recall service of my ignition key done. I had purchased this same Chev. Camaro at Blasius.

Excellent service experience!

Mike in the service department did everything he could to take care of my car's issues as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I waited for the work to be done. And I believe it was done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

excellent experience

found a used Jeep on their website. Dealt with Jean Henry, one of the internet sales reps. She was a very professional, friendly, helpful, no pressure salesperson, a nice surprise for a car dealership. Test drove the car on 6/1, picked it up on 6/5 after only about 10-minutes of F&I paper work with Gary, who was also great to work with! Price of the vehicle was second to none. Car was delivered clean, and they even put on new tires! Highly recommend this dealership.

All staff are very polite all accross the board chevy is great . They work very hard for me to fix my truck and they never give up on you .mike in service always understands my needs for my vehicle and works very hard to resolve any problems with my truck ges very patient.
