i went online and looked at a chevy cruze,asked a few questions and recieved an e mail the next day saying they had an internet deal of about a 1000 dollars less and two 500 dollar dealer incentives. two days later Miss Gale called me and said the owner had offered another 1000 dollars off so i decided to check one out and bought it that night i am very pleased with the deal tey gave me and Gary Sullivan in financing got me a good rate so all in all I'm grateful for looking on the internet and recieving all the help they gave me... thanks sincerely Mike

Cadillac SRX

I had a great experience with my car dealer Greg. He made the process easy and fun. The dealership was not pushy and work with my needs every step of the way. I worked out my lease in a day or so and will be returning for a future deal. I definitely recommend this dealership and car dealer Greg.

I saw my vehicle on the internet and contacted Bryan. We had a mixed up on e-mail addresses and he called me to get it straightened out. He then answered all my questions, bargained in good faith and offerred additional services. They even picked my wife and I up at the train station when we came to pick the vehicle up. The finance fellow was great - everything was ready when we arrived and we were out the door in 50 minutes. A great buying experience.

Worst buying experience ever

Salesman didnt return calls or emails. Had to chase him down to get deal done when it should be other way around. Very unprofessional. I was told I was getting top dollar for my trade and they would make only a few thousand on turn around but here it is listed on cars.com for 10 thousand more than what they gave me on trade!?! On top of it all here I am 4 months alter and still have not received a spare key or remote for the new car. No thank you for buying a car here, no email, nada. If I didnt not have a job I would be out in front of this dealership with a sign warning customers not to buy from them. Worst customer service ever! DONT BUY HERE!!

While we never like to see reviews of this nature, we nevertheless thank you for your feedback, as we try to learn from each of our customers' experiences. In this case, we must apologize for the delay in providing you with an extra key/remote. That was an oversight that is inexcusable and our sales rep will reach out to you to rectify that. We do respectfully disagree with your assessment of your vehicle trade. Your trade-in is currently listed for re-sale at approximately $2,400 above what we paid for it. It had been listed as high as roughly $5,000 above what we paid, but has been reduced due to lack of demand at that price. When you consider what the car is currently being retailed for, you need to factor in the wholesale price we paid plus the cost of detailing and safety checking the entire vehicle, which has a noticeable effect on the net profit. Again, we are truly sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations - ours are very high and we continually use feedback to improve the customer experience every day.

Just a quick note to you to let you know, after driving 800 miles this weekend, that I am extremely happy with the new 2013 Chevy Silverado purchase at Blasius Chevrolet this past week. I also appreciated your help with pictures, information and the delivery of this new truck. Your pleasant personality and professional nature is great to see in a young sales man.

Best experience I had with a dealership! They were very courteous; knowledgeable; friendly and attentive. Melody Atkins, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and I would recommend her to all my friends and relatives without any hesitations whatsoever. She answered all our questions and made the buying process very painless. She followed up with us and is still in contact with us in case we need any assistance. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership and I would go there again in a heartbeat!
