Lexus of Route 10

When it came time to replace my current GX I naturally went to the dealership that I had worked with for the past 15 years. I was shopping for a new 2018 GX in a color that was available, but rarely stocked. My dealership discouraged me from ordering the car, and said they would scan the territiry to find what I wanted. They had me give them a second and third choice color, probably hoping it was something they had coming to their inventory. After 2 weeks of not getting any traction I was encouraged by a friend to reach out to another dealer just to see what they had to offer. I called Lexus of Rt 10 and was lucky enough to get Rosemarie assigned to me. I gave her the specs of what I was looking for and explained that I was a longtime Lexus customer, dealing with another dealership not making any progress on my request. She called me back in 20 minutes...NOT KIDDING! She found the car that I had wanted on a carrier from Japan destined for Ohio, but none the less exactly what I wanted. It took a little over a month, but I picked up my car a few days ago and love it! From the day I signed the contract, Rosemarie tracked my vehicle updating me every step of the way. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her. The dealership is great too! My original dealer contacted me after I signed my contract with Rosemarie, and the sales person I previously worked with admitted that I got a great deal not one he could have offered me. Even though Lexus of Rt 10 is a considerable distance from my home I am now a loyal client and will return for all my service needs and future purchases!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a quality used older Lexus GX. We wanted an extra vehicle to keep the miles low on my new Lexus NX. We decided that purchasing directly from a Lexus dealer was the best way to go. We communicated w our salesman Duke Snyder via email and phone for several days. When Duke was able to get a price within reason, we chose to drive to the dealer from Northeast Pa. The condition of the vehicle was exactly as Duke described.(We have looked at several vehicles at different dealer locations and none were in the condition as described online except this one we looked at at Lexus of Route 10). Duke was a pleasure to work with and made the sale a seamless transaction. He listened to our concerns and worked diligently w his manager to make the transaction and deal go smoothly and effortlessly. He even listened to our concerns of issues we had in past w purchasing a used vehicle from another dealer and asked his manager to throw in a 6 month/6,000 mile powertrain warranty on this older used lexus. We certainly will use Duke Snyder and Lexus of Route 10 for our future Brand New and used Lexus purchases. They also gave a fair deal on out trade. We went in to look and drove home back to PA w our newly purchased vehicle! Thank you Duke Snyder for working with us to make this car sale an effortless transaction!

Rosemarie made my buying experience an enjoyable one. She was patient, informative, courteous, and went above and beyond what was expected of her. I will definitely recommend Rosemarie and this Lexus dealership to friends and family. I did not intend on buying a Lexus that day but walked out a happy person thanks to Rosemarie.

Not many people look forward to negotiating a deal on a car at a dealership. I needed a new car, and I got to Lexus after they had already closed, unbeknownst to me. Rosemarie offered to help me on a Saturday night when she should have been leaving for the night, in the most friendly way. She answered all of my questions and took her time driving around the lot showing me different color combinations of the model car I was interested in. I did not feel rushed at all. Once I knew what I wanted, we settled on an offer quickly, called the insurance company on the spot, and I was back in two days to sign the rest of the paperwork and finish up the deal. She told me it would take approx. 2 hours when I came back, and she was right on the money. The experience was fun, fast and painless. Everyone is so nice and thorough. They make sure your experience is a good one. I definitely recommend this dealership!

John Mottes provided me all the details in choosing my car. I was able to close the deal over the phone because I knew exactly what I was going to buy. In fact all the paper work was done by email and text and by the time I went to the dealership everything was ready for me to sign the papers. John spoke to my insurance company and he had all the paper work ready from my insurance company. As soon as I went to the dealership, the tech was ready to explain the car details and then went straight to the finance and signed all the papers and all this took me an hour. I rate this dealership as the best because they make things so simple. I would come back again as well as recommend the dealership to my friends.

last night I picked up the car of my dreams. An rx350. Angela (sales) mike (technology) and Sean (financial) made the whole process actually very enjoyable I connect with Angela months ago thru the internet but I wasn’t ready to buy. She contacted me every month to see if I was ready and I finally was ! She gave me a great deal and found the exact car I wanted with all the options I had to have. Mike was so patient spending forever explaining all the wonderful features and even gave me his card in case I forget. Which I’m sure I will because there are so many.

Rose Marie was the best sales person we have ever worked with at a car dealer. She was patient, knowledgeable, very fair, and did her best to make us want to buy the right car. I would highly recommend calling Rose Marie if you are looking for a Lexus.
