First class Dealership

The best car buying experience I have ever had without question. Phil Meola is the best sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a car. He was honest, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and made me feel comfortable with the process from beginning to end. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned ES350 long distance as I live 300 miles from Lexus of Route 10. I had to rely on Phil's description of the condition of the car etc, He didn't let me down. The car was just as he described, in near perfect condition. When I arrived at the dealership I immediately felt comfortable and was welcomed by everyone I met. Phil Meola is a first class individual and I would highly recommend Phil and Lexus of Route 10.

The service department at Lexus of Route 10 is amazing!

This is my first time servicing my car at Lexus of Route 10. It has been such a pleasant experience dealing with all of the staff from the valets, service advisor, the BDC representatives, and service managers. I was extremely impressed just from pulling into the service drive, and it's the best and most impressive service experience I've had in a long time. I felt totally at ease from the first hello from the valet. I've had very bad experiences with other Lexus dealership's service departments, it was such a welcomed gift that Lexus of Route 10's service department is so amazing. It's very rare to find a service department that puts the customers needs first. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle at Lexus of Route 10. You won't be disappointed.

A great experience all around!

The team at Lexus of Rt. 10 made our car buying experience truly pleasurable. Our salesperson, Humberto Cruz, found a way to accommodate our needs given an extremely tight time frame and made our every wish a reality. He was a lifesaver! dont trust them!

We purchased a certified GS 350 last month and it has been one nightmare after another nightmare. Their detail department is so bad that when i was suppose to pick up the car nothing was done to it. Even the sales person admitted their detail department is horrible and had too many complaints and issues. Knowing that this is an ongoing problem. You would think they would correct the matter quickly. Don't be fooled by the extravagant show room. What really counts is what you get at the end. You're not buying the showroom. You're buying a lexus car, hopefully. To make the long story short. When the dealership certifies the car as a certified lexus car. You would think they would correct any recall matters relating to the car I purchased. To find out it was not even corrected and they signed it off as certified! Since this was done, how do I know rest of the vehicle was really inspected and corrected? It took more than two weeks to get my car because the dealership couldn't get my car detail correctly. Even a mom and pop car dealership could have it done in one day. It took them more than two weeks and on top of that the recalls issue for this car was not taken care and signed it off as certified! I would give a zero star but had to give at least one star for the guy who kept the refreshments full and clean. I could tell by his ACTION and work ethics that he really cared about his job. Maybe they should hire him in the detail department. At least it would not take him two weeks to do.

They make you feel very comfortabe

I was not quite ready for a new car, but I could not resist. There was no pressure. I hope to have a lasting relationship with this dealership. I have been to others and certified new was not really and one dealership actually added $2500 to the price for certified. That did not happen here. I think this is the best Lexus dealer within 50 miles.

Wonderful service!!!

It was pleasure to get my service done by your dealership. Valet parking service, greeting from Myles Chizacky Master Certified Service Assistant, light breakfast, everything together just made my day!!! Humberto Cruz was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with and I would definitely return to buy another Lexus from him when the time comes. This is my second purchase in 6 years and I'm extremely pleased with everything that transpired
