Lexus of Route 10

I bought a new truck at Route 10 Lexus. I did my research, found the color combination that I wanted in there inventory and told them what I was willing to pay. We settled on a price that was very close to what I had asked for. Very happy with the overall experience and service was excellent.

The facilities are very nice as would be expected for a Lexus dealership. The buying process was improved by the lower than normal "extras" fee, e.g. not charging me to clean and prep car. There was little back and forth from the Manager to make the deal.

Warnock was the only Lexus dealer with whom I communicated that was not pushy or even aggressive about getting my business. They were very fair about pricing. Both of these factors combined to justify my traveling some distance from my home for this purchase. I am very glad that I did.

Don and Sean were very polite, friendly and professional. We came to an agreement, on price, relatively quickly and, once the deal was finalized, the business manager was very thorough and expeditious. Sean went over the basic car operation, quickly ran through the various manuals and offered further consultation, if necessary. A pleasant experience and I would recommend the dealership to others.

I began to shop locally for a new Lexus. Most dealerships wanted to overcharge so they could take advantage of the limited availability of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I also used the Costco Auto Buying program to try a pre-negotiated price but even this price more than I wanted to pay. I searched the internet and found the vehicle I wanted in stock at Warnock Lexus about 75 miles away. Don Nardone worked with me via e-mail and quickly responded with a price that beat the Costo Auto Buying program. Once the deal was made, Carl Braunschwager managed the deal and delivered the vehicle. Both Don and Carl were pleasant and easy to work with. This is the first time I purchased a car that the dealership did not try to sell me anything that I did not want. No pressues, no hassles, no problems. Thanks to Don, I am now enjoying my new Lexus. Great car, great price, no hassles, no games etc. All in all a very quick, easy and very fair deal and btw car was delivered in great condition and quickly. My salesman also picked me up at home.

I was surprised by the bad reviews for this dealer. We've bought two cars from them and have had three serviced here for many years. One of our cars has over 110K miles on it. Although the service is expensive, I have always found the entire staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We've never had a bad experience with them at all.
