Was Not Pleased...
So today I went in for the second time with a problem on my Navigation System. The first time they seemed to have changed it completely and now I head over there for a repair and they bring to my attention that the GPs was installed by an outside source when I had no idea. I paid a lot of money for a navigation that was superbly not even from them. No one had informed me about the outside source and because of the outside source my warranty was not as long causing them to charge me for repairs. After explaining this to the manager, no help was given to me so I had to leave with nothing fixed and extremely upset. Even after It wasn't my fault for everything, nothing was resolved. Horrible!

Stay Away
I would stay far away from this dealership. While my salesman, Thomas, was hardworking and sincere, albeit inexperienced, his manager was downright abusive. I knew exactly what car I wanted and negotiated the deal over the phone for an ?out the door price?. I didn?t want any surprises. When I went to pick up the car (my first time at the dealership), I was advised that the price was slightly higher than agreed to in writing. After first telling me it must be my mistake I showed them the proof in writing. Then they attributed it to a miscalculation. While the amount was quite small, I objected and the manager, Alex Cancela starting screaming "do you want to walk away" "walk away, I want you to walk away?. Thomas had to calm him down. When I asked him to stop being belligerent, he just continued telling me to walk away. In addition to Thomas, I did have some dealings with Ainsley, who was quite helpful and responsive. So obviously there are some good people there. However, as long as Alex Cancel is the manager he will set the tone for this dealership Possibly I got a great price, which Alex regretted, but in any case, there was no reason for him to become abusive. I did leave with my new car, but would never use this dealership again.

Service was so awesome! Milton is the best!
I walked into the dealership at 1030 am and was gone by 145. Only reason it took that long is because I was getting jerked by Planet Honda who didn't want to give my check back. Thanks to Milton, I was able to get my check back and leave Toyota again with my new Highlander. He was so pleasant and catered to my every need. He gave me 100% satisfaction during the entire process. There needs to be more employees at this facility just like him. Great personality and a GREAT SMILE. Who wouldn't buy from someone like this. I would only buy again there because of Milton. See you in 3 years! *GREAT SERVICE* *SUPERIOR SALESMAN*

LOVE THIS PLACE!
this placew is great. I came down to buy my 3rd car here from Najy K. he was my sales person. I am very happy no gimics no games no hassle! the staff is very professional and everyone is a delight to work with. Financing was good as well and simple. I am very pleased and satiasfied here i will be coming back for my fourth hopefully.

Great Service

i drove down to toyota route 22 and one price was what they were trying new way of selling cars. Very pleased with my salesman Najy he was excellent help and very easy doing business with him and his manager
