The worst experience I have ever had with a dealer lied

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealer lied about the prices added money to the agreed price then told me extra money was for all weather mats mudflaps and wheel locks .Car also had chip on gas cap cover which they said they would take care of and kept brushing me off with excuses.Also charged me an overage fee for paperwork which I have never seen before and their fees are higher than any dealer I have been to.I have nothing positive to say about this dealership with the exception of Joe Dilioso who helped me after the fact which I appreciated and he helped me even though he had nothing to do with the original sale.I forgot to mention they screwed my title up and put it in my name instead of the lienholder

Don't know who Milton Rodriguez is. I knew I was going to get screwed price wise because I'm a single white woman with a great credit score and cash. So now I'll be in debt. Thanks Metro. My agent was kind enough and has been super great with helping where he can. But he's a new kid and his hands are tied. I understand the game. Thanks
